This cosy annex is situated to the rear of our family home, it has an open plan living area with a double sofa bed, kitchen & dining area. The property comes fully equipped for a relaxing self-catering holiday. The double bedroom has a double bed & wardrobe. The bathroom has a bath with over shower, toilet & washbasin. Outside there is free off road parking for one car, a private garden with patio area with table & chairs.

The Rockery is a stylish self contained 1 bedroom guest suite with a walk-in shower and essential kitchen amenities eg, small fridge freezer, combi microwave oven, kettle and toaster. There is free parking, access to a light and airy conservatory and a decked garden perfect for relaxing in the sun. Portreath beach is located 4 miles away, there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby as well as great travel links to the rest of Cornwall. There can be some noise from a recycling centre opposite

Overlooking Porthtowan’s ‘Blue Flag’ award winning sandy beach & surfing destination, the beautiful SW coast path & many amenities are right on the doorstep, so no need to drive anywhere. It is the perfect base for a short break or holiday.

As soon as you walk in time seems to stop, it will be difficult to leave. There is a magic here, perhaps it's the colors emanating from the natural walls & floor. Our place is close to the beach, the coast path, ancient woodlands and a great farm shop!. You’ll love our place because of the boutique luxury ambiance, the peace and quiet, 12 acres of outdoors space with a pool, serene lake, free range chickens and a fire pit. At night you can snuggle down with the wood burner lit, the underfloor heating warming your toes, before you slip into the comfy bed. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and well behaved dogs.
