Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Te Waipounamu / South Island

Only found out that the place was a motel/hotel and not a private rental on the day we were supposed to check in after trying to communicate through the Airbnb app, which I usually use when renting through Airbnb. But the place was really positive a nice place🤗

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our night at pounamu Swiss-Belsuites . We upgraded to a lake view apartment and it was amazing . View was stunning and apartment was spotlessly clean and tidy .We’ll be back .

The City Centre was great value for money. and exactly what wneeded. The location was perfect very close to the centr of Chrsitchurch city, with everything we needed within walking distance, so we had great restaurants and city sights clase by. The host was very friendly and informative. We will definitely stay there again.

Worth every penny. It was a beautiful apartment. Comfortable beds. Plenty of amenities and absolutely pristine. Would stay there again. Host was attentive fantastic knowledge sent us a message with loads of choices of things to do before we got there and we used this to plan the trip. Gave us great tips on where to eat and cannot thank them enough. Five star.

Hands down the best AirBnb we have ever stayed in! The Milford Suite is stylish and cozy but has plenty of space for two people. The bed was very comfortable and the heated bathroom floors added a luxurious touch. The view from the porch was absolutely gorgeous and we even saw the southern lights while we sipped wine on the patio. The hospitality of the hosts is unmatched. We received delicious fresh baked bread, muffins, and breakfast supplies daily. It made the mornings so easy to head out on amazing adventures in the area. We hope to stay again next time we’re in Queenstown!

We had a great stay at the Adelphi Motel! Fantastic location - walkable to riverside market and Hagley park and many central restaurants and attractions. Erin and her husband were very welcoming, engaged and gracious hosts. We instantly felt right at home. The apartment was modern and spotless and had everything we required. Having a balcony was a bonus as we had some really hot weather! Highly recommend.

The accommodation is extremely comfortable with nice furnishings. Warm and inviting. Nice central location.
