Large bedsit flat with kitchen and bathroom

The bedsit flat is situated downstairs as part of our 2 storied house. We live upstairs with our dog (a Collie cross called Nessie). It is entirely separate to our part of the house. Do expect some noise from us upstairs, but we try to keep it to a minimum. You have use of your own kitchen with a washing machine, and bathroom. We have a big garden and can offer a parking space for you behind the automated gate. Our place is very close to the beach, we are one road back from the dunes.

Such a delightful little country cottage. Cozy, clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable, bedding lovely, farm views and great to stretch the legs and take a walk up the farm track to amazing views. So peaceful. Will be back. Susan was welcoming and helpful but also gave us our space and privacy. Lovely touch of breakfast provisions provided too.

13-18 April. Fantastic accommodation. Very private, clean, and tidy. Love the generous snacks and drinks. Really close to town and all amenities. We loved this Airbnb! The location right on the beach was gorgeous, and the neighbors are very friendly. Kay was very responsive and helpful during our stay. We were able to drive to a lot of interesting things to do within an hour of the house. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in a small town in New Zealand.
