We spent a very nice and relaxing week in the Alpetalhütte. The host family welcomed us warmly. The location is perfect to discover the Berchtesgaden area, also on foot. Particularly soothing: the view from the sauna into the forest. Everything just wonderful.

WOW! When we saw the photos of the property during the book, we wondered if reality could catch up with us sobering. But the opposite occurred: It's even nicer on site than in the photos. You can easily check into a feel-good oasis. A warm feeling of home with clean character at the same time, a perfect mix. For me personally, it was a first holiday that was supposed to have a real relaxation frame and had a big share of success in the great Casa. Fireplace set at the touch of a button, leisurely hours on the window sill overlooking the distance and the cable car, then a sauna with mountain panorama and before going to bed - by the way in a great bed - a swimming pool stay. What more could you ask for (or even a woman)? The kitchen offers all the options to take care of yourself. Our dog also felt "bully"comfortable and enjoyed the long walks that are offered around the chalets. Great!!!

Perfect place to spend the week with the family. Lots to do within a short drive. Felt like home and had everything we needed and more! Great that there was a washer and dryer.

Great place with insanely good amenities

Had a great short stay! The apartment is centrally located in Kaprun, so you can quickly get anywhere on foot as well as by bus (ski rental, hiking trails, bike paths, Tauerntherme, town center with shops and restaurants). The apartment and also the garden area are at the same time lovingly designed and we felt very comfortable with Nina and her family.

Perfect place even for a short stay, very easy communication with Adi, recommended.

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation is in a fantastic location – surrounded by nature and perfect for hiking. Thanks to the guest card, we were able to use many great offers in the region. The apartment itself is well equipped, very tastefully decorated and offers fantastic views. Particularly noteworthy is the super friendly and helpful contact with Elisabeth – we felt completely comfortable from the beginning. Clear recommendation, we'll be happy to come back!

We stayed with Stuart for the second time and felt right at home! It's really great to have Stuart as a host, he is easily accessible, always nice and helpful :). You have the whole house to yourself, which is a great luxury and we always enjoy very much! In Kaprun you can walk to everything from the house, but at the same time you have your peace and quiet to relax superbly. We will definitely come back several times to be Stuart's guests:)!

Johanna and Flo are super sweet people but the sweetest is Rosalie, she is so cute !!!!! We were very kindly received, everything is SUPER PROPER and NEAT!!!! Nicely decorated, the kitchen is very well equipped for cooking yourself. We enjoyed the super cozy and fun terrace with beautiful garden and beautiful view of the mountains. Even though we sometimes had a little rain, we could always sit dry on the terrace. You have private parking at the apartment. Across the street, there is a cozy Konditorei with delicious pastries. And a very tasty Pizzeria just around the corner, Jolly Pizzeria with very tasty Pizza. There is also a small supermarket nearby. The area was very quiet and you are right on the Konigssee. You can take beautiful walks and excursions in the area. Everything was PERFECT, we enjoyed our holiday SUPER and felt AT HOME !!!! We highly recommend the apartment and would definitely come back. Quiet, spacious and peaceful in a lovely little town surround by nature and great hikes but weather was pouring rain our two days here so no hiking for us. It is located a 35-40 minute drive from Salzburg so good for a day trip. Would stay here again.

We had a very nice holiday in Elfriede's apartment. The apartment was very nice, everything tip-top and clean, everything you need was available. There was also a very nice large terrace. There is a small supermarket, a village café, a restaurant by the lake where you can eat well. Everything is easily accessible. Our dog also felt very comfortable. We had a super nice stay in Florian's Fitnessalm. The location was perfect for us, as we could reach Königssee, Chiemsee, Salzburg and other excursion destinations in under an hour. Fortunately, the apartment is also away from all the hustle and bustle and traffic, so we could enjoy our peace. Florian is a great & helpful host. The apartment is well equipped and very comfortably furnished. All around we had a very nice holiday with baby & can only recommend it. ☺️

We had a very good time at lisas place. Everything was clean, the hosts were very welcoming and friendly.The ski-resort was only 5 minutes away. It was the perfect accommodation for our ski-trip :)

Such a paradise! Stunningly beautiful, reachable by train and bus but still so peaceful. Lots of hiking in the surroundings, with almost no other tourists. Birgit and her family was really the friendliest, most helpful people one could imagine. The apartment was spacious and clean, with wonderful view and access to an amazing balcony. We couldn't have asked for anything more! We look so forward to coming back here, and recommend it to everyone!

We felt very comfortable. Bea and Alexander were very open-minded and had great tips for activities, parking, etc. We'll be back.

The apartment is very large and in an incredibly beautiful location. The kitchen is well equipped with all the utensils you could need. You can go hiking in the area, Saskia and Arturs know each other well and have lots of helpful tips for things to do. The two were totally friendly and helped us a lot. The apartment is highly recommended!

Great place and amazing view of the Austrian mountains.

Jasmin’s place was cosy and well-suited for our stay. The living room and kitchen were spacious, with plenty of cutlery and dishes provided. The location was peaceful, which added to the relaxing atmosphere, and free parking nearby was very convenient. Jasmin was helpful and easy to reach throughout our stay. Her instructions were clear and informative, which made everything run smoothly. Final cleaning was handled by the host, and check-out was simple—just required washing the dishes and taking out the trash. Overall, it was a very nice experience, and we’d be happy to come back.

Tanja is an amazing host, she provided clear instructions to the apartment and check-in. When we requested she provided excellent recommendations for scenic car drives. She was very responsive. The apartment was spacious, neat and clean. Very good views in a quiet neighborhood. We truly enjoyed our stay.

When we arrived at the place, we were impressed by the beautiful surrounding landscape. The check-in process is well described and was conquered on the first try. The apartment breathed a piece of home on us and was a great starting point for all-day hiking trips. The apartment has amazing views of the surrounding countryside and tops of the Alps, the sunrise here is captivating. We didn't want to leave. Thank you 😉👍
