Catcott has 2 friendly local pubs (although King William is currently shut) who do great food within walking distance.

Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Nestled in the Somerset levels, The Annexe @ Box Cottage is everything you need for a relaxing getaway in the countryside. Being close to the national cycle routes 33 and 339 it is popular with cyclists, walkers, and bird watchers alike.

The Dorset World Heritage Coast, Lyme Regis and West bay are just a 35 mins drive away.

Studio Flat at Parks Cottage

The Parks Cottage Studio flat is a large room above a stone built outbuilding in the grounds of a small holding in the countryside about 4 miles from Axminster. It is lovely and quiet and there are pleasant walks in the area. We welcome well behaved dogs and other pets. The village of Chardstock is only one and a half miles away with a pub and a PO shop. There is a small shower and loo down stairs.The Studio is well equipped with cooking facilities - hob, microwave & fridge freezer.

A beautifully renovated Cider Barn set in Knapp, 13 minutes from Taunton on the edge of the Somerset Levels. It is the perfect base for exploring the area, resting a weary head after a day's work or just some R&R in the countryside! Our well equipped annexe is adjoining our family home yet with its own entrance and offers a bedroom, shower room and snug. There is a delicious breakfast tray to set you up for the day and full tea / coffee making facilities including fridge

Our spacious hut is set in its own secluded garden space with patio area and firepit. Ideally placed for visiting the Quantocks, Exmoor and the Blackdown Hills, it is also close to a good range of shops in the nearby market town of Wiveliscombe. A highly recommended pub is within walking distance.
