We loved saying at Michelle’s house. It was so nice to have a fenced in yard for our dogs, a pool, a boat dock, and close to the gulf! The house was nice and clean too!

What a great place. Nice quiet friendly community feel with pretty much everything you need to lay low and enjoy Madeira Beach and nearby. Away from the hustle bustle yet convenient if you want to go check stuff out. Nice, clean, quiet and comfortable. Thanks John! Oh yeah and you too Dave (Property Manager). You're on top of it man!

Judy’s place is very nice, and walkable to the beach. The pool and common area are an oasis. They house is equipped with beach necessities. Close to downtown that fills with good restaurants. Judy is an exceptional host, she went above and beyond to accommodate us, and great communication.

The house was beautiful and in the perfect location for our needs. Restaurant recommendations were spot on and our host communicated quickly. Davis Island is a beautiful location to find peace and quiet from the Tampa hustle & bustle. What a great place to tool around on the golf cart that comes with the accommodation. All six of us agreed it's a 5 star air bnb.

This place was just what we needed. It definitely met our expectations. So close to beach, bay, and fun restaurants.

We had a great stay in Indian Rocks beach. The Airbnb was just a block away from the beach which was really nice. They were also close to many dining locations and a quick drive to other destinations.

Very nice, quaint home less than half a block from the beach. The home was in pristine condition and clearly refurbished after the fall 2024 hurricanes. Everything was in excellent condition. With the house backing onto Beach Trail it was less than a 5min walk to the beach or the Kooky Coconut, which is one of our absolute favorites! Others do use Beach trail by both vehicle and foot though, so do not be surprised when you see folks walking by outside. The house is right on the shell/gravel path. Overall, we would definitely recommend this house for it approximation o the beach and our favorite local grub & ice cream shop!

This is a wonderful place to stay! The home is beautiful, spacious, and very clean. The outdoor area is really nice too. The location was perfect for us. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with quick access to almost anything you’d want to do in the Tampa area. The hosts are very responsive and friendly. Their hospitality is top notch. You can feel their thoughtfulness in the little things they do to make your stay more comfortable such as provide little snacks and toiletries. We really enjoyed our stay here and will book again when we come back to Tampa!

Our stay was wonderful! The house was clean, larger than expected and well stocked with essentials. The backyard was like a tropical oasis, with beautiful plants, lush trees, and a sandy area. The jacuzzi was nice to enjoy in the backyard as well. Magdi and Bill are very nice hosts, and answered any questions that came up during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Rachael’s place was an absolute gem! The wife and two-year-old son felt right at home, surrounded by many amenities and comforts. The space was thoughtfully equipped with a crib and high chair for the little one, ensuring their comfort during our stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, and there were two spacious bedrooms. A delightful front porch and a private backyard with seating provided ample outdoor space for relaxation. We were particularly thrilled to have a boutique coffee shop just a stone’s throw away from the house, making it an ideal spot for a quick coffee break or a leisurely stroll. We spent a wonderful weekend celebrating my 50th birthday at Rachael’s place, and it was an easy and enjoyable experience. The location was convenient, with most places within walking distance. We even rented a golf cart, which made it a breeze to explore the nearby restaurants and breweries. Overall, we had an exceptional experience and would highly recommend!

This was a great find. The house was big and beautiful. The pool was awesome! Being half covered allowed us to sit comfortably by the pool even when it was very sunny. The amenities provided were a delightful surprise. We had everything needed for a beach day, for playing/lounging in the pool, for cooking meals and for getting ready every day!

Great location, great character, great value. Pool was an excellent space to hang out at during the day and nice central location for everything else. Would stay again.

Enchanting, quiet, beautiful property! Loved staying here and will definitely come back! Kitchen has been updated since the pictures were taken. The house, patio and deck were so much fun for a weekend getaway.!

Great location.. walkable to the water, BlueJays training stadium, and downtown Dunedin.. all the amenities allowing me to work remotely and enjoy the lighted backyard in the evenings. Stocked Coffee bar was a great touch!! If visiting Dunedin this is the place to stay!
