This place was fantastic. The hosts were great, very informative and responsive. We had no issues during our stay, but I am sure that if there were any, that they would have been handled promptly for us. The location was in a great spot, walking distance to the beaches or local shops, anything further a Lyft or the trolly was easy enough to obtain. I highly recommend this property, I can only assume all units are just as welcoming as the one we had the opportunity to stay in. The price, cleanliness, location, and great hosts make this a top notch place to stay. 10/10 would reccomend!

The place was so cute and right in the middle of everything. If I ever find myself staying over in the Tampa area again, this will definitely be somewhere I come back to!

Lina's place was wonderfully decorated and we felt very at home. The beach was only 2 blocks away and the host provided umbrellas, chairs, cooler and wagon, making our beach day a breeze. There's also pickleball and park nearby. Overall we enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again.

The conso really is just a few steps to the beach! We felt right at home the moment we walked in. There are plenty of great restaurants in the area. We tried 3-4 and would go back to all of them. My teenage daughters said this about the room: “It was perf!” and “so cutsie and adorable”

The condo was clean and location is convenient to the airport and other Tampa attractions.

We absolutely loved our stay at Scott’s place. The condo was sparkling clean- I am extremely picky about cleanliness and was not disappointed. The kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated all of the beach gear Scott had available for use. We loved the location and the view from the balcony is unmatched. Scott was quick to respond with the minor issue we had at check in and quickly resolved the issue. We had the best time and will definitely be back!

Had a great time staying here! We can for a long weekend and Lara was super helpful to accolade us for showing up early and wanting to get our beach vacation started! The until was so cute and perfect for 2 people. The beach is literally steps from your door. Made it easy to go back and forth if we forgot something inside or if we needed to take a couple trips to get all of our beach gear set up. There wasn’t a ton to do near on treasure island so we took a quick 20 minute uber into St. Pete’s which has so much to do, great restaurants, and awesome night life!

Russell’s place was just as described. The bay of the bay was beautiful! This condo was within short driving distances of many great local beaches and restaurants. It had all the amenities, linens, and other items needed to make our stay perfect. Russell checked in with us prior to our stay, during and after.

This is our second time staying at this airbnb and we loved it just as much, if not more, than last time. Last year the pool was not heated so we were so happy that it was this year! We swam every day and had a blast. The house is cozy, spacious, and clean. I love the big soaker bathtub and the shower is amazing. The beds are all very comfy. The outdoor space is the best part about this place, amazing view and I loved seeing the sunset on the water. I will say, we didn’t see any wildlife in the water this year, but saw dolphins in April last year. From other reviews, it looks like March-May is the best time to see dolphins/manatee etc, so keep that in mind if that’s something you want to see! We did see lots of anoles and cuban tree falls which was cool as I am from Ohio. We truly have no complains, Smita is an amazing host. She let us check in early and allowed us to bring our senior dog. Highly would reccomend this place.

We had a great stay! Loved the view of the water and being able to kayak. The home was spacious and had everything we needed.

The space and location were ideal for our needs. The house is very spacious and comfortable. The pool was great very convenient!

Rachel’s home was everything it was advertised and more than we expect, we lost our home to Helene down the street from her home, so being able to be in our beautiful community ment so much to us as well as finding this little gem to stay in for two weeks while we took care of business, the house is beautiful and felt like home to us, she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome in her home, highly recommend this house and would definitely book again. She was very accommodating to our needs and always responded quickly to any questions we had! If you’re looking for a cozy at home feeling, Rachel’s place should not be overlooked!

It was exactly as described. We loved the neighbourhood, very quiet. We loved the fenced backyard. We thoroughly enjoyed the screened area. We ate all our meals outside. Very peaceful. Our host was very quick to respond to any questions

Staying with Jose & Sara was an amazing experience! (Again!) We have stayed at their home previously, and we really enjoyed ourselves. When looking for a home to rent for vacation this time, we were excited to see Jose & Sara’s house! We jumped at the opportunity to rent this perfectly sized home again. Jose & Sara do such a great job of making you feel at home. There were towels folded on the beds and so many extra beach towels for the pool! There was even a little snack tray for us when we arrived. The directions to enter the home were easy to follow. We had one super tiny issue with the coffee pot, & Jose handled it quickly & efficiently. The pool is such a highlight of a perfect home! Perfect size to float around & enjoy the sun. The hot tub felt amazing after a 17 hour drive. You literally feel like you entered paradise, right outside the back door. There is a nice shady area with a fan as well. Showers & bathrooms were good sizes! I love the shower heads! I was able to enjo

It was a comfortable spacious home. Ideal for gathering with multiple people. Many amenities included. You could also separate into the warmth of different types of rooms. Laura allowed the family to bring their dogs which made everyone happy. It was close to main road and you could easily get to restaurants, stores or beaches.

Enjoyed our stay. It was the second time we have stayed here. Enjoyed watching all the birds on the lake.

What a treasure!! Though small, it completely met our needs. Was clean and homey. Ideal location between downtown Saint Pete and the beaches. Loved the view of the water from the balcony. Kids loved the pool.

I could not recommend this place enough! The place was spacious and worked perfectly for a couple with a young baby. They had everything stocked to use, such a dish soap, kitchen supplies, laundry detergent, beach chairs and floats, high chair, pack and play, etc. The hosts were super responsive and helpful. The condo was quiet and family friendly. The unit has a great view of the ocean and access to a heated pool and hot tub. We would go back!

Excellent location for beach which was much less crowded than up around Pier 60. Within walking distance of restaurants shopping, pier60 and marina.The most beautiful sunsets can be viewed right from your balcony. Lovely pool. Comfy beds. Lots of beach items to use buckets shovels umbrella and chairs. Any questions or concerns we had for Peter were responded too quickly. 🐚🌝☀️

It was a great stay with plenty of space and easy access to the beach. Just what we anticipated.

Cozy little place, well decorated and clean. Bed was comfy. The pull out bed was good enough for my 6 yr old, but would recommend bringing a pillow for it if you’re going to use it. There isn’t one in the room for it unless you use the main bedroom pillows. We beached most of the time and didn’t watch TV, but if we wanted to the couch wasn’t comfy for lounging around. We loved the balcony though! The only “complaint” would be all the coffee supplied was decaf and it was a shock the first morning after getting in super late. So, bring your own coffee just in case. Host was super helpful when there was any other issues. Very kind and accommodating! Plus they supplied plenty of TP and PT, beach towels and towels. Can’t wait to come back!

Due to the hurricanes there was still some work going on at the Condo and on the beach. We completely understood and knew this might be the case coming in. Our goal was to relax and unwind and that is what we did! We loved the location - the ocean view from the deck and the short walk to the beach. The bed was relatively comfortable - not too hard. There were plenty of things in the kitchen to make using it easy. We walked and hung out on the beach a lot which was our plan. The pool is small but was nice. There are restaurants and stores within relatively close driving distance. When we had a question everyone was quick to get back to us. Overall a truly wonderful experience!
