**An Unforgettable Stay with Exceptional Hospitality!** From the moment we arrived, Veronica made us feel right at home. Her warmth and attention to detail truly set this Airbnb experience apart. The house itself is even more charming in person, spotlessly clean, thoughtfully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The little touches, like indoor grown plants, a welcome note, made us feel so valued as guests.

Tout était conforme, la qualité de la résidence est impeccable. Seul problème, les environs, très locaux, et difficultés, mais après 2 jours on s'y fait le peuple est très accueillant.

This was our second stay with Stephanie after returning from Mikumi, and it was just as lovely as the first. She was very considerate and even offered us an early check-in if needed. We really enjoyed relaxing in the cosy living room, watching Netflix, and enjoying the breeze. Shops are within walking distance if you like to explore, but I especially appreciated having a peaceful space to rest, a fully equipped kitchen for home-cooked meals, and convenient laundry facilities before heading off to work in another region. Stephanie even kindly offered to send us anything we might need from Dar while we were away for work. There were also books available — I just wish I had time to finish the one I started! She was always responsive and full of great recommendations.

We enjoyed our stay. his home is lovely. it's very clean and Morgan modern, with all of the amenities you need. we were convenient to town, and being next to the water with a lovely breeze when you open the windows. we'll be back

Prashila’s place was beautiful. Amazing furniture, nicely designed, great amenities, washing machine. She was a fantastic host, super responsive, very helpful, flexible, and offered us a late check out. Would highly recommend. The location is convenient for downtown, it is a 4 flight walk up, but Prashila has people to help with the luggage. As it is downtown, it is noisy but this is expected for booking a place in town. Overall, very comfortable stay and look forward to staying again in the future. Thank you

Zanna’s was an absolutely amazing place. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It was better than the pictures. All amenities were there and well maintained. The house truly feels like home. Zanna is super responsive and helpful. We absolutely loved dealing with her and we certainly would go back if we are back in Dar. 10/10 would recommend. Special mention - Dennis who was our chef for the period we stayed at Zanna’s. His food was fantastic and absolutely delicious. Plus we loved interacting with him and getting recommendations of where to go from him.

David fue genial a la hora de recibirnos y de explicarnos los detalles de la casa, además de proporcionarnos Acura embotellada y pan. Está bien ubicado a 8’ de la avenida principal. Séjour exceptionnel ! La maison est décorée avec goût et parfaitement située à quelques pas de la plage. Calme, propre, confortable, avec tout ce qu’il faut pour se sentir chez soi. L’hôte a été disponible, chaleureux et très professionnel. Un vrai petit coin de paradis à Zanzibar. Je reviendrai sans hésiter !

Our stay at the villa was perfect, we enjoyed all the peace and quiet that the villa offers. Everything you need is within walking distance (beach, restaurants, bar, etc.), where you are greeted warmly by the locals every time, as if you have been living there for years. This is a little gem, hidden in a local area. Highly recommended.

My stay at this beautiful property in Zanzibar was incredible. The house is truly a dream—spacious, elegant, and equipped with all the amenities you could wish for. There is a very special feature in this property that is a private access to the ocean. It gives you your own slice of paradise. The house is wonderfully private, making it ideal for a peaceful retreat, yet it’s close enough to explore Zanzibar’s many attractions. The host is exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure every need is met. Her warmth, attention to detail, and local tips made the experience unforgettable. Simone was een geweldige host! Reageerde super snel. Saïd haalde ons van het vliegveld en stond altijd paraat. Mtumwa poetse geweldig! Brandschoon. Bedden werden elke 4 dagen heerlijk verschoond. Bij uitval van electriciteit en water was er een generator. Fijn! Strand voor de deur niet echt schoon, maar klein stukje lopen en je hebt een fijn strand. In huis een info map met allerlei tips voor uitstapjes. Je kunt de hulpzame Saïd als chauffeur vragen, of iemand anders. Kinderen uit de buurt spelen voor de deur op het strand. Wij hebben er van genoten! Zet om 17.30 je stoel op het strand en kijk naar de visserbootjes die met hun vangst terugkomen. Het huis heeft een heerlijke veranda met eettafel en stoelen, waar je kunt ontbijten etc. Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf van 4 weken gehad en danken Simone voor de goeie communicatie! Tip: neem eea voor de kinderen mee. Ze zijn echt arm.

The property was spotless and Juli went above and beyond by leaving some food and drink for us in the fridge which was a very generous gesture. Lovely gated property with security guards available 24/7 so safety was never an issue. Also housekeeping was available upon request which was very handy. Highly recommend this property to anyone staying in Jambiani/Paje.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Maia’s place. The garden is spectacular and the sunsets even more so and with clear sky’s you can get some pretty great star gazing in too. The icing on the cake was Nema the house keeper/chef her cooking was amazing. Would definitely recommend for family or friends.

Leah’s place was great. Clean and safe . I stayed 1 night here. Leah was very responsive. I arrived after midnight and she still answered her phone when I arrived . I would stay here again

Stunning property, very modern and chic. Check in was a breeze as there were staff on property 24/7 ready to accommodate your needs. The day housekeeper- Esther was really lovely and welcoming. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. I would highly recommend.

appartamento molto curato con due split di aria condizionata, cucina attrezzata, residence assolutamente sicuro, molto curato con una splendida enorme piscina da godere in assoluta tranquillità, con lettini comodissimi e ombrelloni. nel residence vi è una caffettiera dove è possibile fare colazione o pranzo (anche con delivery) a pagamento. Christine ha risposto sempre alle nostre richieste con prontezza e cordialità. WiFi buono che permette di lavorare con un portatile. TV con Netflix . Nell'appartamento abbiamo trovato un bottiglione di 20 litri di acqua minerale a nostra disposizione. Purtroppo non abbiamo potuto utilizzare la lavatrice dell'appartamento poiché era guasta ma all'ultimo piano del fabbricato è possibile usufruire di due lavatrici in comune. Sicuramente Christine provvederà a risolvere il problema per i prossimi ospiti. Ringraziamo Christine per il check out che ci ha permesso di riposare e affrontare con serenità il lungo viaggio di ritorno a casa.

I had a great weekend away with my family at this facility, it was a home away from home. A very good, clean and well taken care home which was friendly for not only Adults but Children too. Nourmaniy was an amazing host, I got everything I needed as quick as I expected. If you are looking for a home for you or your family, this one is the right place.
