Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The house was newly renovated in the winter of 2024/25 and furnished with a spacious sofa and corner bench for games, dinners and family fun. From the whole house, there is the most beautiful 180-degree view of the Little Belt. Around the house, there is a lawn and 2 terraces, with garden furniture, barbecue and deck chairs. From the house, it is a 7-10 minute walk to the beach. Just past the house, the Alsstien also passes, which is a marked hiking route along the coast and through forests on the island of Als.

You have easy access to everything from this perfectly located base in the old town in the middle of Sønderborg. The apartment is a stone's throw from the city's cozy cafes and restaurants along the waterfront, shopping and shopping. Walking distance to Sønderskoven and Gendarmstien, a trip to the beach, or maybe a dip in the new harbor basin. Det Lille Gule Hus is centrally located in the adventure town of Ærøskøbing, with a 3-minute walk to the ferry and its own outdoor terrace. There is a large room with a bathroom and a small kitchen. If you are getting married, it is a 5-minute walk to the town hall, a 10-minute walk to the beach and a 2-minute walk to grocery shopping, etc. The house is perfect for a romantic weekend for two, but also works well for a family with two children and a dog!

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen.
