As a frequent traveler, the service we received were exceptional. From the time we checked-in until we checked out, Ate Judy was so sweet and accomodating. There are lots to do around the place since the mall is just a walking distance from us. Place is clean and nice, it was really put together to give you such comfortable stay. This is one of the best unit we’ve stayed and we’d love to come back. Highly recommended. Thanks for the amazing stay, RestEasy!

My girlfriend and I have tried multiple bnbs and this one really stood out in terms of price and space. Kitchen are complete for cooking, albeit small, it served its function well. Beddings are fresh and we were provided with multiple pillows, clean sheets and linens. Gin also allowed our request for early check-in without any additional charges. We will definitely be back if our schedule matches the availability :) Thanks Gin for your home!

Absolutely excellent stay! The place was 100% just like the photos, with a beautiful modern design and great interior decor. It was spotless, smelled fresh, and had a cozy hotel-like vibe. Check-in was super easy, and the host was incredibly responsive and accommodating. Totally worth the price—highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay at John's studio. It was beautifully decorated, uncluttered, and very clean. The studio was as described and portrayed accurately in photos. Although it was a studio, I felt it was highly organized and very functional. Internet speed was exceptional, which allowed me to work during US business hours. The building staff were friendly, the waste segregation rules were easy to follow, and common areas were quite clean. I chose the location because of the proximity to my family; but I also found the location very convenient to malls, groceries, restaurants and access to highways. John is one of my favorite hosts. We had an issue, and he volunteered to meet us and help us out. He kept in contact to make sure we were comfortable and that everything was working well. He's an excellent host, and I cannot recommend him and his properties enough.

Me and my husband loved the location of the place. Very accessible to everything. Food park is just infront of the building. Shopping center is near the building. Easy to get a grab taxi. Place is quiet. And Angelic is very responsive, and helpful. Arrived from our flight very early, and very lucky they let us check in early. Smoth communication. Well done. Thank you so much.

I had a wonderful stay at Jeremy’s place. For budget travelers or those who would like to immerse in Manila living, this place would be ideal. It is clean, free of clutter, and is walkable to everything. Bear in mind there is no A/C, or fridge, but you probably won’t be able to find any apartment that is of a better value than this. It worked fine for me, especially with the peace of mind Jeremy has given me, always responsive, courteous, a problem solver—one of the best airbnb hosts If I’m in the area again, I would not hesitate to stay here again.

We had a great stay at Lui’s urban cabin. It’s perfect for those who are in need of temporary place to stay or just for staycation. Will surely recommend this to my friends. 😇

The place is awesome! Would definitely stay here again if needed. Location is on point. Restaurants and shops are walking distance. However, the steam from the shower in the master’s bedroom always triggered the smoke alarm. There has been frequent visit from the admin thinking we’ve cooked something.

The place is nice and beautiful in person! I highly recommend this to my friends and family. There some things I want to suggest, tho. - More Floormats as the floor becomes so slippery when get wet. - Instead of thin linen, invest of having bigger and thicker "kumot" for comfort when sleeping. - Black Towels are highly advisable. The towels look old and used for years already. - Wood Kitchen utensils instead of plastic. There were stains. Overall, the place is cozy and great for its price. The host and co-host are responsive. 🤍

A good place to stay when you’re in the metro. Felt like home and the place has a lot of food options nearby. The hosts are proactive and give clear instructions for checkin and checkout. I would love to stay again in this place in the near future.
