It was so comfortable both as a workstation and staycation. Can work and relax at peace, and all needed places is walking distance. Recommended for future stay!

The unit was exceptionally clean and very spacious, which made it feel comfortable and relaxing throughout my visit. The modern furnishings gave it a stylish, updated look and everything was well-maintained. The location was also excellent—close to everything I needed, but still quiet enough to unwind. My girlfriend and I have tried multiple bnbs and this one really stood out in terms of price and space. Kitchen are complete for cooking, albeit small, it served its function well. Beddings are fresh and we were provided with multiple pillows, clean sheets and linens. Gin also allowed our request for early check-in without any additional charges. We will definitely be back if our schedule matches the availability :) Thanks Gin for your home!

It was a perfect place to stay in the middle of the hustle and bustle city life, feels like your in a resort. Kung ano ang nasa picture yun din makikita nyo physically. Easy parking sa baba lots of space.

Second time to book Ms. MGrace’s place cause we loved her unit so much! Very homey space and it’s clean. She’s also very accommodating. Definitely booking her place everytime we visit QC area.

We really enjoyed our stay at John's studio. It was beautifully decorated, uncluttered, and very clean. The studio was as described and portrayed accurately in photos. Although it was a studio, I felt it was highly organized and very functional. Internet speed was exceptional, which allowed me to work during US business hours. The building staff were friendly, the waste segregation rules were easy to follow, and common areas were quite clean. I chose the location because of the proximity to my family; but I also found the location very convenient to malls, groceries, restaurants and access to highways. John is one of my favorite hosts. We had an issue, and he volunteered to meet us and help us out. He kept in contact to make sure we were comfortable and that everything was working well. He's an excellent host, and I cannot recommend him and his properties enough.

This is my second time staying at Veronica's place and I can definitely recommend them whenever youre staying in or around Eastwood. The unit is spotless, easily accessible, convenient since everything you'll need is within walking distance, staff are friendly and the host is very thoughtful, respectful and attentive. They always make sure to respond on time whenever you have any questions or concerns and they go out of their way to make sure you have everything you'll need to have a enjoyable time at their unit. One of the best accomodations out here in Fairview area/QC. Not only the listing was budget-friendly, the room was also pretty and tidy - perfect for staycation/getaway. It had complete features and essentials. The room itself, the bathroom and the bed linen/towels smell very nice. Everything about this listing was cozy. The neighborhood was also quiet and fairly safe to explore even at night. It's just 10-15 min ride away from SM Fairview or Fairview Terraces. The hosts and their assistant had been very kind and generous (esp regarding flexible check in/out) during the whole stay. Highly-recommended.

The place was really nice and clean. We found ourselves constantly admiring the view, from the moment we walked in until the moment we left. It was peaceful, cozy, and exactly what we needed. The host was very communicative from the time of booking all the way through checkout—super helpful and accommodating, which made everything smooth and hassle-free. The only minor issue was that the Wi-Fi would get slow at times, so we had to use mobile data occasionally, but it wasn’t a big deal for us. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommended!

The place is awesome! Would definitely stay here again if needed. Location is on point. Restaurants and shops are walking distance. However, the steam from the shower in the master’s bedroom always triggered the smoke alarm. There has been frequent visit from the admin thinking we’ve cooked something.

A good place to stay when you’re in the metro. Felt like home and the place has a lot of food options nearby. The hosts are proactive and give clear instructions for checkin and checkout. I would love to stay again in this place in the near future.

We really loved the place. It was quiet and cozy, just what we needed. We got to relax and enjoy the room while it rained outside. The weather made it even better, and it felt nice to slow down for a bit.
