Second time to book Ms. MGrace’s place cause we loved her unit so much! Very homey space and it’s clean. She’s also very accommodating. Definitely booking her place everytime we visit QC area.

We enjoyed our stay in Richard's place, it was very clean and tidy. Wifi speed and Netflix was great! the room itself boasts aesthetic hotel vibes. Only one of the shower heads have connection to the heater, though. I appreciate how fast and responsive they were in all of our concerns, and they were so kind to us even if we asked a lot of questions. Thank you for accommodating us and for lending us your dust mite vacuum cleaner! Will surely recommend your unit to other friends who might need it in the future.

The place was so beautiful and clean!! I love love that its so huge!!! Looked just like the photos 🥰 really enjoyed staying there because the place is cozy and relaxing. I love everyrhing!!! As a frequent traveler, the service we received were exceptional. From the time we checked-in until we checked out, Ate Judy was so sweet and accomodating. There are lots to do around the place since the mall is just a walking distance from us. Place is clean and nice, it was really put together to give you such comfortable stay. My husband and I had amazing stay at Danilo's place. He is also very responsive. Every detail inside the unit was perfect from the stylish furnishings moroccan inspired and the balcony view was absolutely stunning a perfect spot to relax. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and clean place to stay!:)

One of the best accomodations out here in Fairview area/QC. Not only the listing was budget-friendly, the room was also pretty and tidy - perfect for staycation/getaway. It had complete features and essentials. The room itself, the bathroom and the bed linen/towels smell very nice. Everything about this listing was cozy. The neighborhood was also quiet and fairly safe to explore even at night. It's just 10-15 min ride away from SM Fairview or Fairview Terraces. The hosts and their assistant had been very kind and generous (esp regarding flexible check in/out) during the whole stay. Highly-recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at this unit! The location was fantastic, close to SM North Edsa mall with dedicated walkway, and the condo itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. They were also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

The place is awesome! Would definitely stay here again if needed. Location is on point. Restaurants and shops are walking distance. However, the steam from the shower in the master’s bedroom always triggered the smoke alarm. There has been frequent visit from the admin thinking we’ve cooked something.

Very quick and responsive hosts always quick to help in an emergency, immediately replace broken computer chair, always very warm and helping fix situations, has very helpful cleaning service during my entire stay of over a month. Easy to contact and solve any problems. Thank you! Condominium Lobby personnel receptionist door men security extremely courteous and greeting you, assisting you when you check in and out plus helps you et to the elevator floor you need to got to. Loading and unloading to the lobby is very convenient and accessible. Great view of the city during New Year's eve fireworks. Very quiet highest floor, Immediate literally next door to the Venice Canal Mall full of restaurants and coffee shops, across the street to several ATM machines. Overall a great location and place to stay for my entire Christmas holiday and till Feb. 2025

I've been booking my stay in manila with this host since 2023 and i should say they have the best units! the host was very responsive and friendly. and i also want to thank you for the flexible time of check out,really appreciate it. will definitely book with this host again.

My family stayed in the unit most of the time while I did meetings outside. Overall, there were no complaints from them and the kids loved the place especially the bathtub. We had to extend an additional night and Christia was super helpful to arrange another unit for us. If there’s anything to recommend is to upgrade cleaning tools as some are already worn out. Nonetheless, it was a place worth every penny for us or even more. We would be considering to go back to this place when we go to Manila. Kudos!

A good place to stay when you’re in the metro. Felt like home and the place has a lot of food options nearby. The hosts are proactive and give clear instructions for checkin and checkout. I would love to stay again in this place in the near future.
