Monthly Rentals in Tân Thới Hòa

Just competed my final stay at Thu’s apartment, I’m so glad I booked this apartment for my majority of my time in Vietnam, Thu is a suburb host that gives details when needed, but gives you total privacy and respect while using her apartment. Thu always replies to messages super quickly! Absolutely grew to love the area around the apartment and found so many fantastic new restaurants and places to hang out around the apartment. Really hope this apartment is available for when I am in Vietnam in january!

It’s perfect for a family of three. The place was modern and clean, great amenities, and the area has good security.

Great stay! The place was very clean with not a lot of clutter around, which was great for my 14-month-old who likes to get into everything. Khang was very friendly and communicated well. He was quick to respond to our questions and spoke both Vietnamese and English very well. The place was also very secure: there was a security guard at the entrance, and you needed a key card to enter the building and use the elevator. I felt very safe staying there. There were lots of great places to eat and explore, all within walking distance.

Located in District 8 (approximately 20 minutes drive to the more touristy areas), the apartment is comfortable and clean with access to a shared pool, play area and small shops. This is a good location with children if visiting HCMC with a young family and preferring to be outside of the hustle and bustle of the City
