Nice team, they helped me everything even doing the laundry. Fast and flexible check in, nice neighborhood, a lot of good food, easy to walk around, convenient store downstairs, the room was clean everyday. 5/5 rating!

How wonderful to feel right at home in a lovely corner of D1. This relaxed area has local vibes, with great restaurants (vegan too!) and coffee shops a short walk away (including a great courtyard of coffee shops on the same street), and the river path just across the road - bring your running gear :D not many spots like this one to go for a run in HCMC! Felt safe, nice to be tucked away down the short alley and up on the 1st floor. Michel is very responsive and available to assist as he lives nearby and his staff are in the same building.

We had the absolute pleasure of staying in this amazing apartment! The design is beautiful, the space is incredibly comfortable, and the location is perfect—close to everything we needed. What truly made our stay exceptional was the kindness and attentiveness of the hosts. They went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed, always with a smile. To top it all off, a lovely café is opening right downstairs soon, which will make future stays even better. It was a real joy to stay here, and we wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone. We will definitely be coming back!

This place is exactly as described and in a great location. There are many good restaurants and coffee shops in such a short distance. very peaceful. Our host was so friendly and quick to respond to our enquiries during our stay. highly recommend!
