great stay and location was rlly convenient, there were tons of shops and the ben thanh mkt was within walking distance, along w the clubs and bars:) will definitely book it again when im back!

位置很好，房间设施也齐全。非常让人诧异的是，我们入住时候被保安威胁我们的AIRBNB 入住在越南属于非法，并禁止我们进入公寓。直到房东派一位年长的女士将我们带到地下室，并从地下室进入公寓。保安一直威胁我们会举报我们，我们试图跟房东协商退房并入住其他酒店，被通知无法退款。提心吊胆的入住6天后退房离开。

We had a really good stay. The place is clean and service responsive. The only downside was that we had to make arrangement an hour in advance whenever we needed to use the pool.

outstanding. the images illustrate precisely what the place actually offers. when i arrived, room was so clean, and seemed like there's nothing to complain about. all 3 a/c worked well, and i love the wash machine/dryer, convenient. both bedrooms have good views. also, since this season is getting hotter, the balcony is quite sweaty to chill, yet at night you can somehow enjoy it. hosts were friendly and fast to respond, no matter when i texted them, even the small concerns. plus, the place is close to the center, nearby has some good hu tieu vendors or dining options. overall, highly rec.

Naomi’s place was absolutely perfect! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great—quiet, safe, and close enough to everything with a grab. Naomi was a fantastic host: responsive, thoughtful, and made check-in a breeze. We felt right at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Lovely apartment and a great price

이번에 오랜 친구들이랑 첫 해외여행을 다녀왔습니다~ 시끄럽지 않고 조용한 동네에 위치하고 있어 편안하게 잘 지내다 돌아 왔습니다~ 숙소기준 어느곳이든 20분대에 택시로 이동할수 있고 택시비도 저렴해서 부담없이 지내다 왔습니다~ 호스트 분도 대응 잘 해주시고 친절 하십니다~ 아! 옥상에서 바라보는 전망도 아주 좋아요 ㅎㅎ

房源在一个很local的区域，你可以深入感受到当地人的生活。房东和她的姐姐非常热情漂亮，他们还有一只很可爱的狗，谢谢房东请我吃水果，甚至在早上为我做了美味的鸡肉米粉和咖啡。

location is great. room is good. wasn't clear on how to check out since Hao stopped responding on checkout day. some things to consider... shower drain clogs very quickly, so your showers need to be very short. bed is old, so middle is sunken in. if you're on one side or the other, you'll roll into the center. otherwise, a good place to stay

This was a very convenient place for me to stay. Lots to do and close to the amenities I need. Getting around the city is super easy with Grab, they pull right up to the door. Security guards and front desk workers were always friendly and made me feel safe. Our hosts were great communicators- my inbound flight was delayed by half a day, and they stayed in touch with me the whole time, updating me. I will definitely stay in one of their Airbnbs again in the future!!

premier contact fut incroyable, avec elle et sa famille. Nous sommes restés, Mon fils et moi, quatre nuits, et avons éprouvé de la tristesse de partir. Bill, leur fils de 12 ans est incroyablement intelligent, cultivé et parlant un anglais courant. C’était très touchant de discuter avec lui sur beaucoup de sujets. Nous avons été invités à dîner un soir avec Mme Ly et sa famille, et le dernier jour elle nous a convié un délicieux petit déjeuner. Les chambres sont impeccable, la salle de bain est très propre, il y a la climatisation et la ventilation. C’est très calme et tout est simple avec elle, dans sa belle maison . Vraiment je recommence cet endroit. vous y vous sentirez comme chez vous. Si j’avais pu rester comme certaines personnes plus de temps, je l’aurais fait avec grand plaisir. Madams Ly nous a aussi donné beaucoup de bons conseils de visites . Si vous cherchez un endroit calme où dormir plusieurs nuits chez une formidable famille, vous vous sentir comme chez vous.

편안하게 머물다 갈수 있는 숙소입니다. 1층 공용 공간 2층 큰방+화장실. 작은방+화장실 3층 큰방+화장실. 작은방. 공용화장실 4층 주방 식탁 수영장 4층은 외부 노출이라 에어컨은 없고 선풍기가 있습니다

We loved staying here. The property has an amazing view. It’s a very good location to stay, very safe locality. My friends and I had a great time here. Need to mention their bed was super comfortable, all the amenities provided were of very good quality.We felt very comfortable. Highly recommend staying here when you’re in Ho Chi Mihn. Like to mention that our host was very responsive.

Overall perfect stay. 10/10 Exceptionally clean, modern, very friendly communication. Although its not right in district 1, its still central and only takes a few minutes to get there. The building is new and modern. Has convenience stores, cafes and restaurants outside of the building. Super helpful and kind hosts. Helped us send something to us that we have forgotten in the apartment. Has a nice pool with views to the river, as well as gym and sauna, but needs face verification to enter, so i guess its only for longterm guests. Would come back again anytime.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Annie en famille. L'appartement est spacieux, propre et fonctionnel. Annie est chaleureuse et réactive en cas de besoin. Le seul point négatif, c'est le bruit des travaux du voisinage le matin...

its my second time staying here , Binh is a responsive host that helped me in many ways and has made my stay in his properties really comfortable i always look for Binh for my stays in Saigon and give full trust. the building is in a very good position with access to everything , peaceful and well maintained . i highely reccomend for xpats and long stays

Schöne Unterkunft im 11. OG. Etwas außerhalb des Zentrum sodass man einige Minuten zu Fuß laufen muss ( was uns nicht gestört hat). Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Die Wohnung war sauber. Die Gastgeberin war freundlich und hat schnell geantwortet.

깔끔하고, 의사소통도 너무 잘 되었습니다. 룸 컨디션에 대해 신경을 써주었으며, 바퀴벌레 1마리도 안나와서 좋았습니다.
