Great apartment, close to everything to visit.

Anh’s place is nestled in D1. Extremely cute bnb. I would say this is a great place for a younger group, since the other bedrooms requires use of some tight small stairs. Overall a cute place in a fun neighborhood!

Myself and 3 friends stayed here in all 4 rooms. Amazing location; comfortable and exceeded our expectations. What elevates this place from great to fantastic is the host; prompt, considerate, genuine and helpful. I have used Airbnb for 10+ years, and Du is the best host, hands down! Highly recommended.

If you want a small place to stay in the heart but literally in the heart of Saigon this is your place to go, forget those five star hotel the place is small and cozy. Everything is well equipped brand-new the host is responsive and very helpful and very very nice The price is literally half or less compare to those big four star hotel but you have the whole place for yourself and in the center of Saigon so you’re gonna pay the taxi cheaper everywhere you go Outside of the house is very Vietnamese street life, lots of local around selling stuff and A ROOSTER waking you up in the morning Bref if you need a good value in the center and close to the locals this is the place eyes shut 👌

We had an amazing 3 nights staying here. The rooftop area was a great place to relax after a busy day. So much space - great for larger groups or families. Each room has its own bathroom with shower and toilet, and air conditioning. Beds are firm but very comfortable. So close to everything but very quiet. We highly recommend Phoenix’s place.

The room's upstairs from the café and surrounded by greenery. The environment's really nice. It looks just like the photos, with a dark style. They'd already turned on the AC before I got in. So thoughtful! It's a self - check - in process, and the info's super clear. The staff at the café downstairs are also really friendly.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! Our group of seven was very comfortable in the spacious and clean house. The check-in process was seamless, making our arrival stress-free. Friendly check-in and staff were friendly. The host is also responsive. The only regret is that the dishes were not set, so I couldn't cook simple dishes. Recommended for those who only stay without cooking.

The owner is very cute and enthusiastic. I was busy arriving quite late but he still waited to give the key card. The apartment is in a very convenient location to the airport and getting around the surrounding districts. The apartment is full like home, washing and cooking is possible. …

Even though it was a shared apartment, the place was clean and the room looked exactly like the photos with a great view. They also had recommendations for food stops and attraction sites which we appreciated very much.

Great location with many shops around, very close to airport, free swimming pool is a bonus for kid. This is why i keep coming back to the botanica. Host also very responsive and quick to communicate.

Overall perfect stay. 10/10 Exceptionally clean, modern, very friendly communication. Although its not right in district 1, its still central and only takes a few minutes to get there. The building is new and modern. Has convenience stores, cafes and restaurants outside of the building. Super helpful and kind hosts. Helped us send something to us that we have forgotten in the apartment. Has a nice pool with views to the river, as well as gym and sauna, but needs face verification to enter, so i guess its only for longterm guests. Would come back again anytime.

What a great place to stay in Ho Chi Min. Away from all the hustle and bustle of the main part of town. The unit is very comfortable with great beds and a great common room to have a few drinks at the end of the day. There is also a great pizza place at the front of the complex called 4P Pizza. Try the lasagne and the 4 cheese pizza. We went there 3 times it was so good. Would stay at this unit again if I ever return to HCM.

LinDa apartment was awesome. Super clean, well furnished and interior design. You can well that this apartment was set up as home. Highly recommended. On top of that, the location (District 4) is great, since I just needed to cross the Bridge "Cau Mong" to get to District 1 and this just took me like 10 mins by walking. LinDa is super friendly and helpful as well. I will definitely come back.
