i’d say one of the best airbnbs i’ve stayed in but even though it’s right next to the road so you can hear the motorbikes at night but still amazing place. Would definitely come back next time!

Mai Anh was very responsive and helpful! The apartment is big and spacious. It had all we need, a full kitchen setup and a washing machinre. It was a quick stay but we had a very comfortable stay. Thanks again!

Chi’s place is very clean and tidy. Check-in is fast and location is accessible. Chi is very helpful too! Definitely will come back again!

Closed to TSN airport is a plus, but not many activities for ones want to explore. I would prefer district 4, district 1 or bình Thạnh landmark 81

The place is at a good location near the airport, it has some traffic, which is expected. The host is helpful and easy to do check in and check out and flexible.

Good value for money. Traffic around can be quite awful during peak hours. And, the taxis usually have to make quite a big detour to reach hotel, even though on the map the neighbourhood does not look that big. If you have specific programs, then need to plan carefully to avoid being held up by the heavy traffic.

It’s perfect for a family of three. The place was modern and clean, great amenities, and the area has good security.

Minh Hue is very helpful. The studio is great and affordable. Awesome amenities. There is even a washing machine in the balcony even though we didn’t have a chance to use it during our short stay. Talking about the balcony, one can get a great view of the city from there. The Landmark 81 building can be seen on the left. We’d love to stay there again. Note: send them copies of your passports ahead of time. We forgot to do that so the checkin took a bit longer.

We chose close to the airport, but amazingly got into a very cozy apartment. There is a washing machine, a very soft bed, everything is thought through to the smallest detail and we had a very pleasant time there. Like, recommended

A great place to stay

The room is just as described in the photos, even better than I expected. However, it is a bit inconvenient because there is no parking space for motorbikes, and cskh for Vietnamese people to stay with zalo will be more convenient. The staff are enthusiastic and agile

This is a nice place to stay. It is very accessible because there are numerous restaurants, convenience stores, and coffee shops in the vicinity. Especially it is very close to Sai Gon's center.

We loved the cosy apartment which was great for our family. It had everything you need for a short or longer term. Only a 10 min drive to the airport but you can't hear the planes which we could watch out of the window. Plenty of food places and shops around, a huge park with playground and water park. It took us 30 min to the CBD which could easily be explored.

Place was great and value. Host ( Chan ) was pleasant to deal with as always. Thanks so much again…!!

Quoc was very helpful to us. He & his wife are nice people. He has a coffee shop downstairs and they sell really good coffee! We will definitely stay here again. He would always attend to our needs and even point out some local shops/restaurants that we should try which made our trip easy! We stayed at his place for 2 weeks and its been a great experience. Our only issue was the water pressure from the shower, its not that strong which makes shower time a bit longer and the placement of the shower head is also low since I’m tall. I also wish that the bath tub will also be thoroughly cleaned because there are some dried dusts on the surface. But overall, we are happy to have found Quoc’s place and we will definitely stay here in again! Highly recommend!

Great location. Close to the airport, decent number Vietnamese food joints within a five min walk. The ground floor has a 7-11, and a Vietnamese equivalent. The apt is cozy. Lots of closets. Ideal for a small family. Strongly recommended…

Mr Phu apt was very well suited for my needs(both working and position). Mr Phu speaks and communicate with a good english! For my needs this experience was perfect! Have a good life Mr Phu! cheers
