The cozy and beautiful 2-room apartment can accommodate 1-3 people The location of the apartment is within walking distance of the city center, market square, town hall, castle, Blühendes Barock, fairy tale garden, train station, MHP Arena, forum, film academy, wine bars, bistros, restaurants. In just a 13-minute walk you can reach the Ludwigsburg train station, whose trains take you to Stuttgart every 10 minutes. Depending on the train, you need between 10-17 minutes to Stuttgart Central Station. Our guests have the apartment to themselves.

Location: Located directly below Solitude Castle, right by the forest, playground, farm and subway (U6) stop (about 5 min. walk). In about 25 minutes you can get to Stuttgart Central Station / Schlossplatz by subway. Easily accessible without a car. Please let us know the approximate time of arrival at least 24 hours before arrival. Otherwise, a flexible check-in is not guaranteed.

The apartment has two rooms, a bedroom and a living room with a kitchenette, shower and hallway. The rooms are centrally heated in the shower with underfloor heating. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. It is located on the ground floor and is one of two residential units. The location is centrally located in the center of Remseck - Aldingen district. Bus lines to the residential city of Ludwigsburg or the tram to Stuttgart are within a few minutes' walking distance. The apartment does not have a parking space.

Ludwigsburg city center is easily accessible by car and bus in 10 minutes. Pets/children welcome :)

The apartment is on the lower level of a 3-family house with a separate entrance through the garden. Both the bathroom and the approx. 30 m² rooms have daylight and windows. There is an electric kettle in the apartment. There is no kitchen. There are restaurants, bakeries, a butcher, a fish shop, a supermarket and many other places in the immediate vicinity. You can get a snack everywhere. The area is very quiet, and the train station is just a 2-minute walk from the apartment.

The apartment is newly renovated, in a quiet location on a farm and yet only about 25 minutes by car from Stuttgart-Mitte. The adjacent Milchhäusle dairy shop offers shopping. The village of Markgröningen with shopping is a 5-minute drive. The nearest train station is a 10-minute drive.
