Holiday rentals with a patio in Talpa de Allende

Excelente lugar para hospedarse, muy seguro para mi hijo y para mi, Mery estuvo al pendiente de lo que ocupábamos, es muy fácil el acceso y está muy cerca de la playa.

This unit is even better than advertised. It was super clean and well organized with everything you could want. The highlight is definitely the rooftop infinity pool. We spent many hours enjoying the view while relaxing in the heated pool.

We enjoyed our stay here. We were there for 1 month and had a great time. We book a place on the fact that it has a pool and this pool was wonderful. It was cleaned every morning and had sun the whole day. Bonus. The hosts Sara and Eduardo were great. They made our stay delightful. They answered any question quickly. We never had any problems with the place at all during our month. The wifi always worked and even when we had to work online all day, it worked without any problems. The staff at the security and the staff on site were very friendly, wonderful people. Then apartment was stocked with whatever you needed. Lots of towels and the bedding was so comfortable. The beds are the best we have ever had while visiting Mexico, we have come for 8 years now and the beds are always so uncomfortable but not this place. They were great. It made the stay even better. Highly recommend this tranquil condo.

We had a lovely stay at Leanne and Lawrence’s Airbnb! The rooftop pool was perfect for relaxing and watching the sunset. The apartment’s staff were all so kind and helpful and the common areas were very taken care of! It is also conveniently located by stores and restaurants, and there is always a sporting event taking place at the baseball/track field. The neighborhood was fairly quiet in the evening as well. As a fellow Airbnb host, I have to say Christian’s condo in PV exceeded all expectations. The place was spotless and beautifully designed, with an incredible open window wall that truly took my breath away. The rooftop pool and views are stunning, and the staff were always so friendly and helpful. The location is perfect—an easy walk to tons of activities, great restaurants, and the beach. Fast WiFi, a well-stocked kitchen, laundry—everything you could need for a comfortable stay is here. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

Jason’s place was a gem in Puerto Vallarta. Beautiful views, pool, and great restaurants a 10-15 minute walk away in the heart of the city. Would highly recommend!

Where do I start? The place was modern and well decorated. Pictures don’t do it justice. It’s peaceful with a beautiful view. The beds were comfortable and the place I equipped with AC. Has all appliances and a French press to make coffee. The rooftop pool is gorgeous and ground level jacuzzi is wonderful. There is a washer and dryer on the spacious patio. Charlie is super responsive and was very helpful to us. We will be back. Thank you Charlie! Note. The place is up in the hills but there is a 15 minute path behind the house and taxis are $4usd into town. If you’re staying in the Puerto Vallarta area, don’t bother renting a car because you really don’t need it and it will be more expensive than your Uber rides for sure.

Wow! Amazing spot in central mascota. Awesome kitchen which was great as we love to cook. Perfect for a group or family stay. Loved it.

Un lugar muy acogedor que te hace sentir como en casa. La cocina y sala de estar son excelentes. La decoración es muy bonita y los cuartos muy ordenados y limpios. El hotel comparte algunas áreas comunes con otros huéspedes, pero siempre te sientes cómodo con muy buenos espacios. La ubicación es excelente, a pocas cuadras de la plaza principal.

El AirBnB rebasó mis expectativas. Súper decoración, muy amplias la áreas comunes y las habitaciones, todo muy limpio, excelente atención y muy amables, sin temas la cobertura del WiFi. Una cocina súper equipada, estacionamiento privado. a unas cuadras de la plaza principal del pueblo. Si vuelvo !

Really enjoyed staying in this location in Zona Romantica. It was fun to explore the neighborhood and there were many, many restaurants within easy waking distance. The pool area was great, it offered comfortable places to lounge and a beautiful view of the city!

Un excellent service y compris la prise en charge de ma valise le jour de mon départ. Appartement bien conçu, agréable décoré et une cuisine super équipée. Air conditionné efficace. Piscine très propre. Une qualité que je n'avait pas rencontrée depuis quelques années chez Airbnb. Merci infiniment et au plaisir.

The location of the property geographically and also the unit location within property were excellent. One thing that we noticed about the complex was that there are MANY units where you couldn't see the sunset from the balcony due to the building orientation. This unit had excellent views of the ocean, sunsets, pools, whales every day. It is a true SUITE which was excellent for my wife and me. It will sleep four with the pullout couch but it would be extremely tight quarters for 2 couples. A family with 2 kids would be good. It was an excellent place and we would defintely stay here again if it was available when we were going to PV.

I had a great trip. The apartment is very comfortable and the building amenities are really nice. There is a well equipped gym and the pool has a full bar.

Excelente lugar , las instalaciones prácticamente nuevas ,las albercas limpias , climatizadas , los jakuzis súper agusto la temperatura y con hidromasaje , el carril de nado en la segunda planta con hermosa vista nos encantó ,el apartamento muy amplio y muy bien aprovechados los espacios teníamos lavadora , secadora, jabón para lavar ropa y trastes , buen shampoo y acondicionador en baños , la ubicación del lugar nos gustó para ir hasta caminando al malecón !.En general nos pasamos unos días muy agusto ! Lo recomendamos ampliamente .

Brian was very understanding when our flights were cancelled due to weather and I’m extremely grateful that we were able rebook with new dates. His condo is located in the Rivera Molina building which, along with the address, made it easy for our taxi driver to find. The location was easily accessible by public buses as well. The space was perfect for two couples. It has private spaces as well as a kitchen and a comfortable living room and balcony area for relaxing. The location couldn’t be more convenient to restaurants and access to the Malecon. There’s a French patisserie just steps from the entrance where we treated ourselves to something scrumptious almost every day. There is also an OXXO and ATM just around the corner. We felt very safe and were greeted pleasantly by the front desk staff and other residents of the building. We enjoyed our stay in Vallarta and having this modern, pristine apartment to return to every night made our visit even more memorable.

La verdad que la propiedad súper, seguridad también 10/10 y el anfitrión excelente, regresaré a esta propiedad !!!! Alberca y jacuzzi excellent ubicacion en el edificio
