Very responsive when needed and accommodated

Casa de la Ribera was a great place for 1, could accommodate a couple, or mom and daughter. The home has some wall paintings and other form of arts * warm welcome. The back sitting area is comfy with night lights. I had all my breakfasts, some lunches there. Suppers were mostly on the very comfy sofa with my feet up watching Netflix. All the neighbors seems friendly. Uber never had issues finding #2 on Palma del Río and we're much cheaper than taxis. If you like staying in the Native neighborhood of Puerto Vallarta this is one of the locations, walkable in many directions, to 2 huges malls, banks, restaurants, fish market also fresh veggies & fruits, XOXO variety, and other ones. Far enough from the tourist area, if you can walk long distance you definitely can walk to the ocean, otherwise take a Uber depending on traffics the price varies as it could take up to 30 minutes. Rolando is great, speedy responds, if out of town Gonzalo, a vary caring young man, helps you. Enjoy your stay!

Jose’s place is beautiful and cozy, the host welcomed me and made me feel like home. Very responsive host and was always available for any recommendations. Place is located at the right spot and there is a lot of things you can do. If I comeback, I will definitely stay at Jose’s place again.

From day one Alex was very friendly. He always showed a sincere desire to make our stay a great experience. His recommendations and support with activities outside his beautiful and well-equipped home were very pleasant. From different points the house has panoramic views of the town, mountains and the surroundings..............sunsets from the terrace are highly recommended.

The building is very nice, the apartment is comfortable, the beds and everything is super clean. The pool, although we didn't use it, was in excellent condition. Thank you!

Excellent service, communication and place

We loved our stay!Exactly as described. We had a 14 passenger van and was able to make it with no problem ( if you know how to drive in Mexico you can make it down the dirt road) The small neighborhood was also welcoming with a small store that made it very convenient not to go all the way to town, they have drinks, snacks and ice. We also elected to have assistance with breakfast and dinner to truly enjoy our time here. depending on the month you visit its Houston humid. We were comfortable for a few days with our air conditioner but he made it easy to have access once we wanted it. Plenty of dishes/cookware, cups cutlery, towels. This was an amazing option for our family to stay together and have quality time. We also got a great recommendation for a boat tour and enjoyed our stay. I would definitely return.

The place is nice, safe, clean and pleasant, just what we were looking for!! I must mention that the apartment is in a 4to piso no elevator, we carry a vehicle, but it is retired from the tourist area.

This stay in Mascota was wonderful! We highly recommend it for those who want to be close to action in the market and square. Easy to find food and a fun walk up the hill to viewpoint. Great weekend getaway!
