We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Magna. It is a beautiful condo. It has gorgeous views of the ocean and pools from the balcony. We enjoyed the 3 pools (two are heated), and our walks on the beach! The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware to cook a meal. Our host Paolo was quick to respond to our needs. He was very kind in allowing us to check in early. It's a wonderful location and easy to walk to some nearby restaurants. It is about a half hour walk to the Paradise Plaza Shopping Centre. Great Wifi. We would definitely recommend!

Our 9-person family experience was superb! I can't really say which was better--the amenities or staff! The venue was beautiful and in a great location. We so enjoyed excursions that Fidel ably managed and the amazing meals that Esperanza shopped for and prepared. I'm not sure where such guest services could be better emphasized on the Air B&B site, but we did not appreciate the terrific value of having such local (and kind) ambassadors. The steep hill climb to the property was okay for us and surely helped us work off some of the calories we ingested. But guests who have health issues should be aware that getting between the casa and old town is challenging. Though taxis are readily available, leisurely walks in the neighborhood are not really possible. The splash pool is just that--swimming is not really an option.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 This condo was absolutely fantastic—clean, beautifully designed, and in a perfect central location that made exploring the city a breeze. The space felt welcoming and well-maintained, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The only small hiccup was that our door code was changed at checkout, which caused a brief moment of panic. However, the host was incredibly responsive and resolved the issue quickly. Overall, a wonderful stay, and I’d definitely book again!

We had a very pleasant stay at this modern, nicely decorated, well-equipped, comfortable, and spacious apartment. Kitchen was very well equipped and there were some seasonings/condiments provided. There is even beach equipment like umbrella, cooler and chairs. Plenty of towels and bath products provided. We also appreciated the location close to town very close to both Sayulita Beach and Playa de Los Muertos without having to hike up/down hills which is often the case in Sayulita. The house felt pretty private and was relatively quiet. Check in/out and access was very easy with key pads at complex gate and apartment. The only thing missing from this apartment is an ocean view. We’ve stayed at many places in Sayulita over the years and this place is one of the best thus far.

Incredible!! good location, helpful and good service!

We had an amazing time at Rodrigo’s place a the Maritima. The condo community is amazing very high end. The Condo had a few minor issues but Rodrigo and team were responsive and took care of them in a timely manner. The Kitchen is functional with coffee, tea, sugar, salt and oil provided. It would have been helpful to have a bowl set for salad’s and serving, measuring cup and storage containers for left overs. It was nice to have the treated water for drinking and bottle water and ice is available from the concierge at a minimal cost. Loved the many palms, palapas and loungers on the beautiful walkable beach. The roof top hot pool for sunsets was amazing. The place could use a paint job. A table or side tables for the balcony would be nice to hold your beverages and food while enjoining the amazing mountain, ocean and night light views. The cool breezes at night are great when you open both doors. AC was adequate when needed. It was a great space for 3 couples we loved our time there

Wonderful place! Steps to the beach. Cleaning daily or as often as you want. Juan can locate a chef for you to cook in the unit. Just perfect all around!

Maria's place at Casa Sanmar was perfect for us! Comfortable, clean, well appointed and in a great location – walking distance to town and the beach. Maria is very friendly, communicative and accommodating. While it is true that the roosters in the morning and the ATVs transporting people do take a bit of getting used to, after a few days we didn't notice them any more. The beautiful weather, stunning views and relaxed pace of life take over. I was a bit worried about finding Casa Sanmar at first as there is no street signage in Yelapa. Luckily a friend was there to meet us and he was able to show us the way. If you use Google Plus code "FHQ3+69Q Yelapa" in Google Maps, and take the stairs right beside the little sweets stall, you're there! We would unhesitatingly stay at Maria's place again.

As described! Juliana was very helpful and available on site for anything we needed. Beds were comfortable, and margarita bar was a nice touch.
