the place was fine already I was already staying in that unit earlier on another occasion and in another apartment that's why the arrival was quick I already knew the place so I dared to rent again by alla just with a small detail in the parking lot that I thought it was from the cove part and if my truck came in but it was resolved quickly I dare to highly recommend the place very good area I thank them Alos hosts for their dedication thanks again and see you soon

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. Laura personally greeted us at check-in, gave us a tour, shared local tips, and even left some thoughtful goodies to kick off our vacation. The location was perfect—just two blocks off the Malecón in the heart of the art district. It was close enough to some of our favorite restaurants (No Se Nada, Melissa’s, Pipi’s, and Gaby’s) while offering a peaceful retreat from the lively energy of the Malecón. We loved starting our mornings with a walk along the waterfront before heading out for the day. The condo itself was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and having laundry facilities was a great convenience. But the true highlight was the private rooftop terrace—the perfect spot for morning coffee, soaking up the sun, and even getting in a workout. We travel extensively and have never experienced such kind and attentive hosts before. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Puerto Vallarta. Highly recommend!

Ileana is a gracious, informative hostess. Of special note are Javier (with Portuguese pronunciation “ya-VEER”) and his fellow security cohort whose name escapes me. As well, Jacqueline was very helpful and so politely tolerant of my rusty, schoolboy Spanish. Additionally, Brenda in the cafe was a ray of sunshine each day and had many fresh, warm delicacies; especially the fresh bread. Finally with respect to the apartment, we checked all the basics but the kitchen, excellent washer and dryer and refreshing shower provided features that would never be found in a hotel room. This is the way to rest and relax in Puerto Vallarta.

This is an excellent place walking distance to the heart of the town. I've stayed here before and it's been great, reason why I wanted to stay here again. The place is clean, comfortable and has all one needs. Carolina is super responsive.

Excellent house, it is amazing that each room has its own bathroom, we all liked that. I liked the ventilation, the spacious space, well distributed, very nice the house. Thank you for your hospitality

It's a very nice place to rest and more because we were going with kids. The only bad thing was that a day later some neighbors arrived who wanted to play music for all the neighbors and that's annoying and more at night . although I think other neighbors stayed because after 10 pm their volume was down

The location of the house was very accesible to El Centro histórico. The house was very clean and they are very proactive on what the travelers May need and it is very evident based on utilities and hygiene found in the house. The house is very clean and very rustic. The beds are very comfortable and they are very detailed in their instructions. The hosts are very easy to communicate with and they checked in on us to make sure everything was going well. They do have a dryer and washer at 10usd extra cost. Which we did use and was nice to have as an option. The house is comfortable and definitely a great photo opp. I would stay here again!

Excellent attention, the house is very spacious and cozy, all the rooms and areas made you feel very comfortable and at home. Very attentive to welcome us and share information about nearby food places, without a doubt a stay that makes you want to return

The space was big enough for the six of us! Quiet location! It was clean and nicely furnished ! We thought that maybe we could’ve had a fire in the backyard one night however, we couldn’t find any wood to burn.. The town didn’t sell wood. The beds were comfy however, the kitchen could’ve had more tea towels and dishrags as well as plugs for the kitchen sink. We had to ask for extra towels because they were only four towels in the house even though the reservation stated six adults therefore, we had to ask for towels and toilet paper. He was very responsive and brought the towels and toilet paper quickly !

it is a quiet place to rest, it was nice, it was in good condition and the area super quiet, it is also close to the center of Aguascalientes 10 minutes. Only if you want to use the Jacuzzi keep in mind that it is an additional cost.

Perfect spot for us as we were with our young daughter and in-laws! great spot for families to stay together. The condo itself was clean + comfortable and had everything we needed. It is nice that its groubd level and right in front of the pools! The Bolongo resort is nice and the staff are friendly, but the food quality could definitely use some improvement and the hours were not convenient as we had to wait until 9am until breakfast. We preferred eating off property, but that wasnt an issue as there are lots of options close by. The spa ammenities are very well priced and the gym is super nice! We would dedinitely stay here again!

Beautiful place in a fantastic setting. And the rooftop pool and jacuzzi were the perfect way to end our days. And unlike many others, it's open until midnight. We also loved the açaí & coffee shop on the main level of the building. It's where we started every day! When we had questions or issues, Albert was always quick to respond and help out.

Absolutely loved this place! It was perfect for what we wanted and a very enjoyable environment. The apartment was the perfect size for the stay. We would come back.

The place is very comfortable, its view is beautiful, I think it is much more beautiful than what can be seen in the photos and its host was always pending and was very friendly, always 1000% recommended .

Alfonso’s unit was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described. We enjoyed the outdoor pool areas and the beach and enjoyed being on the ground floor and having easy access. We also enjoyed the patio attached to the unit, which felt very private. Alfonso was a very responsive and proactive host, and went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay. There is some hallway noise from being on the first floor. We had a great stay and I would recommend this bnb to anyone. :)
