Rafael was so nice and made our check in process easy!! Beautiful view from the pool & they had a fully stocked fridge with beverages!!!!!

Excellent location a few blocks from the Malecón but far enough from the night clubs to be quiet and peaceful. Clean spacious room with a good shower. Air conditioning worked. The pool area was nice, but don’t expect a view. Note that there is no mini-fridge in the rooms. Good value because of the location.

Our host Marietta was wonderful. Very warm and inviting, friendly and responsive. There were some small plumbing issues which she attended to quickly. Small balcony and large window face the ocean and we slept to the sound of waves every night. Very close to everything. Would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay and will return on our next visit.

My stay was very pleasant. The place is very cute and cozy. I didn't have a chance to meet Alberto, but the lady who received me at the reception was very kind and helpful, she was always on the lookout for anything she needed.

Palatial indeed! Believe it or not, the photos don't even do this place justice. Every little inch has been decadently designed. Its a five star experience through and through. Location couldn't have been better, just a staircase away from where the water taxis pick up and drop off, and perched atop a very secluded hillside with unbelievable views of the ocean and town. I really appreciated how down to earth and welcoming Francisco and Maria were with us. It made the whole experience less of a production, and more genuine. They were very attentive and the nightly security guard, Raphael, was just as helpful. He drove us to "Le Kliff" (unbelievable restaurant down the street) and he even will run and grab you late night tacos if you ask! You must stay here, just do it, book it already!

My stay at Casa Nawalli was absolutely wonderful. It is a beautiful little oasis hidden in the middle of busy and vibrant Sayulita. Jerome and all of the staff were amazing, super friendly and always happy to help me with anything. Hanging out at the garden and enjoying the amazing breakfast while chatting with the in-house chef made Casa Nawalli feel more like home than a hotel.

An excellent place to stay, very quiet area, the host was always friendly, you will definitely feel at home, everything was very clean and tidy It will definitely be my first choice when I return to Guadalajara.

I loved it! Super recommended for those people who want to get to know Tepetitlán because of how close it is to the center and because of how well located it is. Not to mention Martha's very good attitude and her good attention, highly recommended!

Great experience! Lots of things to do and explore on the property, I personally enjoyed the horse back riding. The staff were also polite and welcoming. I would definitely come again!

Quiet town not much to do if you want a quiet peaceful getaway. Only 20 minutes from Sayulita 40 minutes from Puerto vallarta.

The place is completely worth it, I have been there several times. The only bad thing was that the room was too hot and the fan was not enough.

It has nice details. It is very important that you wear mask because a lot of light comes in. It is important to remember that it is a very cute village, then there is a lot of noise from the parties. The hosts are very attentive to everything. Highly recommended

I host two nights for a festival in the akron and the receptionist and they are all very friendly and helpful, the stay super clean, and very comfortable, 24 hrs hot water and clean cooking utensils, it's definitely my favorite hotel 💗

It is a luxury place, it is excellent and very close to the Expo, it has an excellent location and attentive host all the time.
