Suited our needs perfectly while traveling out of town for work with some business colleagues. The hosts were always responsive and proactive, anticipating our needs and checking on us during our stay.

Victoria's place was amazing! Beautifully furnished and decorated with more than enough space. She has thought of everything and has all the amenities you would possibly need and more. Very well stocked kitchen and even a nice selection of spices! Lots of extra towels, pillows and blankets make it really feel like home. Great location only 1 minute from WalMart and close to lots of restaurants, Publix, Target and more. Easy commute to and from the Capitol. Would highly recommend staying at Victoria's house. Thanks!

Great price for the money, particular for dog owners. Henry was very responsive even on a holiday weekend. Plenty of space, comfortable, quiet safe neighborhood, good internet speeds. Loved being close to FSU for our student. Starting to show wear due to consistent rentals but overall great.

Great place in a quiet neighborhood. Emil is very responsive, and the place is very clean without the offensive odor from cleaning products, which I really appreciated. I find the bed and pillows very comfortable. I would book with Emil again. Highly recommend this place!

1071 Talquin Ave is a gem of an AirBnB. The host, Kimberly, thought of everything that people may be seeking in an AirBnB stay with children or with parties of 4-5 persons. The kitchen was fully stocked (& had extras too like snacks!) coffee machine with Keurig coffee cups, toaster oven and plenty of cookware /utensils as well as dry ingredients. The rooms were all so artfully and thoughtfully decorated. Room temperature comfortable throughout the entire house. Everything clean, orderly with beautiful decor to boot. There were so many extras about this property that we didn’t even have time to use! But the soul-mending garden outside was perhaps the loveliest perk of already peaceful grounds. We have family here in Quincy, FL, so the next time we come down to visit them we’ll definitely be looking to stay here again!

This is a beautiful place to stay and bigger than it looks in the photos. It’s close to the centre of Tallahassee but not on a commercial street. Gena was very helpful and quick to answer questions when I was booking.

We had an all-round beautiful stay at the accommodation and felt very comfortable. Everything was clean and as described and we especially liked the lighting concept. The communication was also great and the Welcome Book with the tips for the area and all the important information about the accommodation was very helpful. We would come back anytime!

Had a great experience staying here, very clean and had everything I needed to make my stay just like home. Parking was great, felt safe and secure. Great restaurants within waking distance, with some being apart of same building. Communication with host was excellent and helpful. Another great stay at the Legends. I always check availability here first, before booking a hotel. I just love how it feels like home as soon as I walk in. A very soothing oasis to decompress after long days of travel and busy FSU activities.

This was a great condo for my son and I to stay while he visited FSU. Very walkable to campus (and I am not extremely fit, just a regular 50 ish year old woman). The condo was clean and decorated very nicely. We were arriving the day after the FSU school shooting and Kelly reached out to me to see if we still wanted to come and offered to switch to another weekend if we wanted. I appreciated her phone call very much. I would definitely stay here again!

We evacuated from St. Pete, Fl from Hurricane Milton. A normal four hour drive to Tallahassee took 9 hours, so we were exhausted when we arrived. It was so nice to walk into the condo with the AC on and soft lights. We felt welcomed. The condo is just like the pictures. The upstairs beds were so comfortable. (We didn't use twin beds.) Great water pressure for hot showers, that were much needed. While we weren't on vacation, we did feel at home. We would definitely recommend this property and owners to anyone who wants to stay in Tallahassee. Any questions we asked were answered promptly. Thank you.

I had an amazing stay at Marlinda’s place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, close to where we need it to be and restaurants, but still peaceful and quiet at night. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, going above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again (2nd time here ) and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
