New exclusive holiday home on the island of Talgje in Ryfylke Here there is plenty of room for the extended family, a group of friends, the company, or others who want to enjoy a rural stay not far from the city. The cabin is located on a sunny plot with a view overlooking Brimsefjorden and Edlarvågen with ancient monuments from the Bronze Age to the Viking Age. Around the cabin there is a large landscaped garden with several terraces and a large lawn that invites you to play and enjoy the outdoors. The island is connected to the mainland by a tunnel. 30 mins from Stavanger 70 mins from Preikestolen (Pulpit Rock)

Cliff Cabin is majestically located with raw views on the edge of the mountain. Here you can really lower your shoulders and enjoy nature, both outside and inside. Large windows offer the same raw views from the inside. Walls in fluffy wood paneling, stone accents, and earthy colors mirror the landscape outside. Beautiful boathouse at Fogn in Ryfylke

The boathouse is very tastefully decorated, and is beautifully located right by the quay. Good communication makes it easy to get to/from Stavanger and attractions in the region. The boathouse has two jetties and a small boat, as well as great hiking, swimming and fishing opportunities. It is located southwest-facing which means many nice sunsets. We are in the process of developing a cozy and charming little place with brewery, cafe and shop. You can order fresh items for breakfast, lunch and dinner - everything served and sold is made here.

This apartment provides a perfect base for families who want to explore Ryfylke in the Stavanger area. Ideally located for trips to Preikestolen, Kjerag and Lysefjorden. Only 35 minutes to Stavanger and 30 minutes to Preikestolen parking. The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed for two, one bedroom with double bed and modern bathroom. Guests can pick apples in the garden if it is the season for it. Inform the host of special needs such as a high chair/bed. Possibility for charging an electric car in the garage.

Welcome to Fjordbris! Here you can get an overnight stay in the scenic area of Dirdal with an unforgettable view. With only a few meters to the fjord, an almost has the experience of sleeping in the water. All amenities are available either in the tiny house or in the basement of the shop Dirdalstraen Gardsutsalg nearby. In 2023 and 2025, the farm shop was named Norway's best farm shop and is a small attraction in itself. Right next door you will find a sauna that can be booked with equally good views.

Magical place at the lake with a 8000 m2 garden and 120 m beach/shoreline. Perfect for relaxing, boating and fishing. At the lake there is a pavillion with a remarkable view where you can enjoy the sunset. A boat and canoe are available for free. It's a very private and quiet location, but still perfectly located in Ryfylke with all its breathtaking hikes nearby. In 2020 the bathroom and hall was totally refurbished, and a fiberoptic cable was installed with a fast wifi-connection.

Preikestolen 10 minutes to parking. Read reviews from previous guests. The view is striking, the place is shielded from traffic and noise. Sun until 22:20 on the longest days. Sit down for several days and go on great hikes and mountain peaks from the exit door. Five minutes hike away you can go swimming in a river with fresh mountain water. Short distance to Jørpeland city centre (10 min walk, 5 min to drive) with all necessary shops available.

Boathouse by the lake in Sokn, Stavanger

The boathouse is brand new and part of the seaside house environment towards Soknasundet. There is a jetty with fishing opportunities. Buildings and furniture are made by the renowned architect Espen Surnevik. If you come by boat there is plenty of room for the boat at the jetty. The boathouse is part of Sokn Gard (see fb) which has many animals you can visit, and the farm has 5 km of hiking trails.
