Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Talence

My husband and I recently returned from a month-long stay at Alexandre and Precillia’s home. Our stay was perfect in every sense. The home was exactly as pictured, the location unbeatable for exploring all of Bordeaux and several day trips to the Left and Right Bank as well as Arcachon, etc. The walking distance to the tram and local grocery store(s) was also a nice benefit. A bit more about the home, it was very clean, well-organized and extremely comfortable. The washing machine and basement space were also very convenient; the basement kept our wine purchases at a perfect temperature! We felt safe and secure. It must be noted I am a persnickety traveler; we would stay again. Alexandre and Precillia we great hosts, accommodating, thoughtful and always available for questions or assistance. Your stay will not be disappointing.

The accommodation is very nice, well located, close to a tram stop to reach the center of Bordeaux. A slight humidity can sometimes be felt, but hosts are attentive and do everything they can to remedy it. I highly recommend this listing!

Everything was perfect, house 100% consistent with the listing, quiet but at the same time close to Bordeaux by car. Very important point for us: cleanliness and I must say that everything was perfect in this regard. The kitchen is very well equipped, the rooms are spacious, etc. Note the flexibility and sympathy of Anthony who despite our last minute booking was very accommodating and responsive. To sum up, we recommend Anthony's house and we would be delighted to return.

The studio, in the heart of the vineyards, is perfectly located, very quiet, and ideal for a stay in Pessac – especially as part of competitions or events in Bordeaux. 🙃 Everything was clean, well-equipped, and communication with Gabrielle was fluid and caring from start to finish. I had an amazing stay in Jenny’s place. She had welcomed me at the entrance and helped with check in and all the local things. The apartment is great, very calm and cosy, very quiet and lots of greenery around. Two great parks nearby. Big Auchan is 5min walking nearby. Getting to city Center is about half an hour by bus, inexpensive. Overall absolutely amazing experience, with how much Jenny is welcoming, her welcome gift was local wine (absolutely great) it makes me feel more like an original Airbnb experience when you feel like getting to friend’s place and feeling safe and comfortable like at home. Giving all possible stars!

It's convenient for students who study in kedge, and everything is going well here.

We stayed 3 nights with our 2 children at Clément's place. The apartment is very well located and easy to access by car or public transport, 5 minutes from the trams of Place de la Victoire, in a very nice micro neighborhood with all the necessary shops on the street. It overlooks a quiet courtyard and has a balcony on a large green space. We did not meet Clément but he gave us all the directions to get the keys and was flexible for our arrival time. We had a great night in the accommodation in Talence. Marina was very responsive and welcoming, with clear and useful explanations to facilitate my arrival and stay. The place was as described, clean and pleasant. I highly recommend it!

We highly recommend the apartment: It is nicely furnished, spacious, well equipped, clean. The terrace is also wonderful. You can quickly reach the centre by tram, the station is very close. Communication with Stef was perfect. We felt very comfortable!
