Our maisonette is an annex of our house, away from the main house. You have dedicated access and can enter/exit freely. Our street is peaceful and flowery, like a hamlet in the city center in a typical Bordeaux style. Composed of a small living room, a sleeping area separated by Japanese curtains, a dining area and a bathroom/WC, it is very bright thanks to its large windows and retains its coolness in summer with its Bordeaux stone walls.

The bay window overlooks a vegetable garden, and you have a small terrace with a dividing screen. BEDROOM: Reversible air conditioning was installed in July 2025, and since January 2026 there has been new queen-size bedding (160x200).
