Drifter's cottage

You are warmly welcome to stay at Kulkurie's cottage, where Saimaa opens directly behind the window. In this hut, you can see the sunrises from the parade site and you can admire when Saimaa quiets down for the night. You will also follow a dizzy flight of birds up close and perhaps you will see a swan couple flag near the hut. (NOTE: The hut in the photo moves elsewhere in the spring of 25, and there are two new similar huts. Don't be confused about the photos, they'll change as long as I get new photos of the new huts!)

Two story cottage with beautiful lake view

In Sointula cottage, you'll spend a nice holiday relaxing on the shore of Lake Saimaa. The cottage is located in the municipality of Taipalsaari in the peace of the countryside. Sointula is a two-story winter living cottage with a beautiful lake view from the top floor and terrace. The cottage has its own flat beach with a hard sandy bottom. You can also swim from the pier. There's a rowing boat and life jackets. Many guests are passionate about fishing because they've gotten a good fish catch.

Lilla Hammar

A cozy traditionel Finnish log cabin next to a peaceful little lake. The cabin is placed beautiful calming area in the middle of forests. The cottage has sleeping accommodations for four (a sleeping loft and a sofa bed). There is a charming small kitchen, a fireplace inside and campfire place on outside, composting dry toilet and a sauna (no normal bathroom). The hot tube is available with extra charge (50e). Smoking and pet free area. Children are wellcome.  Warmly wellcome to our guest!

This wonderful lakeside log cabin is located 25 km north from Mikkeli. The cabin, finished in 2014, invites you to relax and enjoy the tranquility and beauty of Finnish nature. It's cosy and decorated with high-class natural materials and comfortable furnishings and is fully equipped with a modern, compact open plan kitchen, two bedrooms, each with 160 cm x 200 cm beds, loft room with a king size bed, an inviting living room and dining area, bathroom, sauna, separate toilet and a terrace.
