Between the sandy beach and Villa, there is a lawn where you can play frisbee golf, petanque, and other outdoor activities. The lake landscape is visible from the living room, porch and sauna. At the back of the villa there is a summer kitchen recess with a Weber gas grill. In winter there is an ice hole.

I have a few Air bnb apartments in same building. Building it self has been built 1906 its a strong building with 70cm thick brick walls. Hole building is totally re-built by my self. During the summer of 2026, the lake water level is exceptionally low, as is the case elsewhere in Eastern Finland. So swimming may be difficult in shallow areas.

In this hut, you can see the sunrises from the parade site and you can admire when Saimaa quiets down for the night.
