Great place to stay in BGC!

It was an amazing five days stay at Richard’s flat. The location was perfect and it was a five minute walk to uptown and Mitsukoshi mall. . We enjoyed exploring the area and we found plenty of great dining options nearby. If you are taking a grab ride, just mention this place is just in front of Grand Hyatt.BGC. It is a pristine place to unwind and enjoy the amenities as well.. FYI, it is 100 pesos grab ride to SM Aura. You can walk across to market marketplace, take a break at Bebang Halo Halo.then proceed across the street which is connected to High Street Bonifacio global. Im sure you’ll enjoy a short Vacay at his place. Thanks Richard

Such a clean and cozy unit! I booked this for my parents and brother, and I’m already thinking of booking it again for my husband’s family. Thank you so much for the complimentary bread, coffee, and juice — it was such a warm welcome after coming from afar. The location is also super convenient, with easy access to Venice Grand Canal Mall. Maria, the caretaker, was incredibly kind and helpful during our stay. The amenities were thoughtfully prepared — like we were in a hotel. Thank you, Foebe!

super worth it and affordable! we havent checked out yet & my bf’s already asking when will we book again for this place 😂 linis and super bago LIKE mga gamit to the point we had to search how to use it. very clean pati toilet parang wala pa gumamit. complete set din ng cleaning materials so ang sarap maglinis! 😅 ang ganda pa ng facilities nakakaiyak huhu anyways looking forward to our next stay 😍

Spacious for the two of us. In pristine condition. Plus points for the washer and dryer. Location is just a few minutes away from Venice Grand Canal Mall and convenient stores and restaurants. Very responsive host. Would recommend to family and friends.

I had an amazing stay at the unit. It was comfortable and has everything needed for the entire stay. The kitchen if fully equipped and the bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, and liquid soap. The bed is comfy and the place is so clean.

I had a great stay at Laarni’s place! Check-in was super easy, and the host was very responsive throughout the entire process. The home was spotless, smelled great, and had a beautiful interior design that made it feel cozy and inviting. The location was convenient and in a safe, pleasant neighborhood. The place came fully stocked with complimentary towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, everything I needed was already there. What really stood out were the entertainment features. The projector and game consoles were a fantastic bonus and made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, the value was excellent, and I felt I got more than what I paid for. Highly recommend this place, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Second time here, no problem at all. The Balcony gives you a great view, you have great access to the Venice mall, the room is spacious and looks great. We will come back again, 😁 thank you Penpen.

To be honest, I was a little nervous at first because of the previous review I saw, but this place totally blew me away. Super clean, smelled fresh, kitchen spotless, bed comfy—the whole vibe was cozy and well put together. The huge TV and Bose speakers were such a win too… perfect for Netflix and chilling after a long day. Nadine and Carlo were awesome hosts—super easy to talk to and made sure I had everything I needed. You can tell they really care about their guests. Zero hassle, super chill stay. Would 100% book again!

A great place to stay, conveniently located near a mall and laundry shop. The internet connection is reliable, the space is spacious and very clean. Highly recommended!

Jenn was a great host who made everything easy from start to finish. She always responded quickly to messages and was really helpful throughout our stay. The place looked exactly like the photos and had everything we needed. Getting in was super easy with clear directions and flexible check-in times. The place was really clean and organized. Kitchen was spotless and everything looked great, though a few decorations had some dust. Overall it was very comfortable and clean. Would definitely recommend this place and stay here again!

Good location, very quiet building. Self check-in process was extremely smooth and easy and worked well considering I arrived later in the day.

We had a great stay! The unit was very clean, the AC was nice and cold, and the towels were thick and luxurious. The internet went out during our stay, but the hosts were very responsive and did their best to fix it quickly, even offering us an alternative solution. We appreciated their effort and hospitality, excited to come back again!

The place is so clean and homey. We had no problems communicating with Ms.Erin. Would definitely stay here again. The only downside is the parking fee. It costs a lot. Hope there would be a parking fee nearby with fixed rate.

Chris’s place is a perfect place if you are staying in BGC. The place is clean and both Chris and Andrew are very responsive. The only improvements they could add would be paper towels for the kitchen area. In the future a tv in the master bedroom would a good upgrade to the apartment. The location is great and the connection to the uptown mall link below is key especially when it is raining. I would definitely stay here again when I’m in BGC and recommend this to others when looking for a place in BGC.
