Had a great stay! Host was very responsive and helpful! The place was SPOTLESS and smelled really nice! Literally so clean from the floor to the ceiling! Sheets looked new as well. My wife loved the pillow options they had in the bedroom as well which were 2 firmer options and 2 softer options. They gave us an amazing parking which was conveniently next to the elevator to get to the room. :) Highly Recommended!

You won't even thought that there's an Airbnb like this in the Metro, near the mall, very accessible. The caretakers were kind and accommodating, always ready to answer your inquiries and requests. Nate is very responsive, you can expect him to answer your queries right away. I like their kitchen, they have provided everything you need from plates to utensils. They also provided mineral water and the use of the gas stove is for free. Excellent experience, worth recommending. We enjoyed their amenities, billiards, darts, air hockey, and also the Videoke. The rooms were also nice, hope you will have rooms at the ground floor for Seniors who can no longer go upstairs. Overall rating excellent. 👍

Di ka rin mahihirapan maghanap ng food kasi may grocery and convenience store paglabas ng lobby. I would recommend this place lalo na if need nyo ng place na maoagstay-an if may event sa big dome and new frontier theater.

We had a great stay! The room is really nice and clean, not overly decorated, our agenda there is near the building which is good, the host is also very responsive. Overall it is 8.5/10 experience!

The place is very cozy and Sir Ezekiel is very responsive to your queries. Although the parking is very hard and expensive. But overall experience, we loved it!

This house is a home to guests. Ms. Jenah is super responsive. She welcomed us in our stay which I really appreciated. The towels and bed sheets are squeaky clean. They have complete utensils and appliances. Also my relatives who are from Cebu, Batangas and Pangasinan are delighted in our stay. Also the rooms have great air conditioning. The entire experience was great. The place was even better than how it looked in the pictures and amenities including kitchen utensils are complete. The host was also very nice and responsive. They even allowed us to stay 30 mins longer to make sure tha everything is settled before we go. It would be better if the staffs would properly introduce themselves before getting inside the premise and taking pictures, medyo nakakagulat kasi pag bigla na lang may papasok na di kilala. We also had issues with caterpillars, although we understand that even the staffs are not sure where they are coming from, it would be best for this to be addressed as soon as possible as our children had rashes after spending time outside and in the pool and the only reason we can think of are the caterpillars(higad) all over the place.

Had a great stay here!! Host treated me very well and upgraded the internet just for my work stay. Was really grateful for this. The building has beautiful lights and pool area. You have to pay for the pool unless you stay a month. However, the place was right next to the SM mall u could walk to get groceries and whatever u needed!! Homey feeling:)

This place was next-level awesome. I’m convinced the host has a secret superhero power for making things spotless and cozy, honestly, I half expected a butler to appear! Every little detail was so perfect, it felt like the place was giving us a warm hug. 💯 The host, Thina! was basically a texting ninja,😂 fast replies, super helpful, and zero “ghosting” drama. Made the whole stay smooth as butter. If you’re looking for a peaceful hideout that’s close enough to civilization (and coffee), this spot’s a total winner.✨ We’re already plotting our next visit, maybe this time I’ll try not to hog the couch bed! 😂

I had a great stay at this property! The unit was exactly as described —clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. I really enjoyed the Japanese-inspired vibe. The overall aesthetic was peaceful and inviting, making it easy to relax. I slept well, cooked meals, and spent time unwinding with Netflix. Communication with Christine was excellent—she was proactive in checking in to ensure everything was going smoothly. I’ll definitely book this place again the next time I’m in Pasay City. Thank you!

The vibes here is very homey. We enjoyed our staycation while still being able to work comfortably before our flight because the place is very ideal for both relaxation and work. Strong AC in the rooms and the living room. Strong wifi connection in every corner of the house. Flexible check in and very responsive host. We surely will be back.

Although we really enjoyed our stay, I’d like to share some points for future guests to consider: Cons: - The place is not accessible by public transportation, so having your own vehicle or arranged transport is a must. - Pool access requires a ₱200 fee and is not included in the amenities. It also needs to be scheduled with the host to ensure availability. That said, the overall experience was great! The place is well-equipped with complete kitchenware and other essentials. It's super quiet and feels very secure—we even took a walk at night without any worries. The host was also very considerate and allowed us to extend our checkout by an hour while we waited for our driver. For the price, it’s absolutely worth it! ❤️ Thank you, Ma’am Betty and Sir Mark!
