Can’t wait to return next year with the family! Perfect accommodations for kids! Lots of toys and activities for all ages. Two levels - which offered a lot of privacy. We especially loved how the home was right next to the ski slopes! Very easy access for ski-in/ski-out! Bradley was the perfect host- great communication. He checked on us a couple of times to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend staying in this beautiful home at Granby Ranch!

A great house for family trips. Plenty of space and the kids loved the game room in the basement. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was clean. The hosts were quick to respond. We had a maintenance request that they addressed very quickly. We'd stay here again!

We had a amazing stay here at Winter Park. We had 11 family members and didn't feel like we were right ontop of each other with its 3 stories and its open concept. The house had every amenitie that we needed plus some. The views are spectacular in this home which was a added bonus. The house was immaculate upon arrival it looked like nobody had ever lived in it. Tim was very responsive to any questions we had and made staying there just so easy! You wont regret booking this house!!

Our family recently spent a month at the Quaking Tree Retreat, and we couldn’t have been more impressed. This is a beautiful home situated in a charming, quiet neighborhood, making it the perfect getaway. What stood out to us was how incredibly well-stocked the house is—especially the kitchen. I’ve never stayed at an Airbnb with more resources available. It felt like everything we needed was right at our fingertips. The view from the balcony is simply fantastic, offering a peaceful place to unwind. The furnishings throughout the house are top-notch, adding to the overall comfort and luxury of the stay. In all, the Quaking Tree Retreat exceeded our expectations in every way. We loved our time here and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, well-equipped home with a stunning view.

The place was clean and very well prepared for us. The place worked great without any issues and the kitchen was just perfect, especially being right by the Safeway in town! This place was one of the very best Bnbs that I have stayed at. It was beautiful and actually exceeded our expectations. The private hot tub was a great amenity. The room with the bunk beds was a massive hit with my kids. Sarah was a friendly, responsive and overall great host. I would highly recommend this stay and will look for it again if I’m in the area with my family.

We really really loved this place! We did notice it smelled a little bit like smoke upon arrival but we aired it out and enjoyed the weekend there. Convenient location, nice privacy, and the hot tub was the perfect touch!

It was a great place to stay. Be aware that this cabin is above 9,000ft and can contribute to elevation sickness. Beyond that it was amazing to hear the water in the stream while we were outside playing. Very quiet and not very busy road. The water pressure could have been better, but got the job done. It’s hard to fault pressure when the place is on top of a mountain:).

House was perfect for our trip! Had everything we needed, was clean and modern with Great views and ski in ski out!

Gorgeous home, gorgeous setting.. Spotlessly clean. Pictures do not do it justice. Stayed for 5 days in October for a local wedding. Would definitely return. Elevation at 8700 feet was an issue for some in our party with pre-existing asthma, so keep that in mind if applicable. Others walked over a mile along the local road to enjoy the scenery and didn't have any problems. Surprised at the very reasonable price considering how beautiful the home was. Fully equipped kitchen was terrific. We lacked for nothing!

The views from the balcony were exactly like the pictures, breathtaking and beautiful. Located between Fraser and Winter Park it was the perfect spot for our mini vacation. We loved sitting on the balcony in the hot tub after hiking all day. In other words, the perfect getaway with amazing views and lots of room for everyone.

We had 6 to our family & our fur baby and everyone felt right at home. We all had our own space & the living space (couch & eating area) fit us very comfortably. We tubed & skied and this location was a perfect spot to both locations. And close to bars & restaurants in Fraser. Everything was clean & kitchen had everything for us to prepare our meals! We will definitely be back!
