Rosenlundsstugan near Vättern, Elmia and city center

Rosenlundsstugan is located in the Rosenlund area of Jönköping, just 3 km from the city centre. The cabin is beautifully located near the southern shore of Lake Vättern. Also close to Elmia (300-metre walking distance), Rosenlundsbadet swimming pool and Husqvarna Garden. You are renting a fully self-contained cottage with a living room with a kitchen bench and a kitchenette, a toilet with a shower, a bedroom with a double bed and a sleeping loft with two single beds. Ahead of your arrival, the beds are made up according to the number of guests. Welcome to Rosenlundsstugan - modern cottage home in a familiar environment!

Jönköping Rural accommodation

Unwind in our family-friendly house, dating back to 1850, and feel the calm wash over you. Lovely garden to stay in. There are large public green spaces about 100 metres from the house, with a nature playground. (Sockenstugan) Alternatively, you can book the Bagarstugan for a pleasant evening with family and friends. About 5 minutes walk to nice view of the village. Log cabin outside Jönköping overlooking Granarpssjön. You have access to the jetty, swimming raft and boat (boat with electric motor 50:-/day) The lake is located approximately 10 metres from the property. You also have access to the wood heated sauna on the property. The accommodation is well suited for family up to 4 people. There are wonderful hiking/biking opportunities in the area. Taberg, 15 minutes bike ride away, has a nature reserve with several hiking trails. Jönköping is 15 km away. The property has its own private patio.

Kleva Kvarn, in the countryside with breakfast in a nice environment

On the northern slope of Mösseberg is Kleva Kvarn. In a former mill house, with the basin and mill wheel outside, there are 2 bedrooms, a dining room, a kitchenette (not for cooking but there is a microwave and kettle) and a toilet for overnight guests. Higher up on the property is the owner's home and a detached small house with a simple shower and a small sauna. The garden is a lush oasis with streams, crops, a Japanese-inspired part, greenhouses, fruit trees, flower beds and a view of the forest and meadows. A dog lives here.

Nivå 84 Loft House with splendid lake view

Loft Niva84 is perched on a cliff, 84 meters above Lake Vättern, just outside Jönköping. Built in 2016, the house features a modern design focused on function and selected details. Perfect for both business and leisure guests. Its strategic location between Stockholm, Copenhagen, and Oslo makes it an ideal place to pause and recharge – both yourself and your EV (charging available). Here, you’re close to both city and nature, with excellent public transport and the lake at your feet.

Tree house in the Småland forest

A unique and peaceful home in the middle of the forest. In this tree house, you'll live up among the trees in a quiet, peaceful setting, with animals, birds and nature as your neighbours. Here the noise level is quiet, it smells of forest and the air is clean. If you're looking for a place to unwind, you've found the right fit. Bryna lillstugan 1

With nature around the corner, you can relax in this peaceful accommodation and cool off in the summer heat in nearby ponds with a jetty and sauna about 100 meters from the accommodation. The cottage is completely renovated with a fireplace on the lower floor, there is a dining table, kitchen, toilet and a sofa bed as well as an exit to a large outdoor patio. Spiral staircase to get to the upper floor where there are 4 beds, wardrobes and a small desk and a couple of armchairs.

Guesthouse by lake

Get close to nature and enjoy the tranquility of our newly-built (2023) guest house. The guest house is located on the same property as the main house, which is also rented out. The property offers a private beach with a jetty for swimming, and a wood-fired sauna right on the lake. The forest is just outside the doorstep, so it is suitable for mushroom and berry pickers. The lake also offers good fishing for those interested (perch, pike and zander) - or why not go canoeing.

Here, as a guest, you sleep high up in the treetops and wake up to birdsong. Through the large windows, you can enjoy forest views as far as the eye can see. Here, you have the opportunity for maximum relaxation, but for those who want more activity, the accommodation is a good starting point for day trips.
