New condominium, with complete infrastructure and excellent staff, very professional, polite and friendly. For the 11 days we stayed, the only thing missing was the welcome chocolates (Rs). My family and I only missed air conditioning in the living room, which would make this environment more pleasant on the hottest days and nights. The condominium, well located in a region with many buildings under construction and some shops and restaurants nearby, has an excellent leisure and swimming pool structure, including direct access to the beach, which has waters with a very pleasant temperature, and at low tide it is very shallow, excellent for children. Overall, the accommodation served us well, I recommend it.

The apartment is new, well-equipped. I found it a little warm, perhaps because of the location to the west. Consider that a car will be necessary to get around.

The place is exactly as in the photos: clean, well maintained and with an excellent location. It is just a few minutes from the beach, which made our tours much easier. The bed is comfortable, the shower has good pressure and the kitchen is well equipped for quick meals. Communication with the host was quick and smooth. Great option for those who want to rest with practicality and be close to the sea. I recommend it!

The condominium is quiet and safe, great for those traveling with children. The leisure area is perfect, with a breathtaking view. As for Claudiene's space, everything is very clean, organized and cozy. There were 6 of us and it accommodated us perfectly (it would even accommodate more people comfortably). Host rating 1,000. We loved the stay and plan to come back for sure.

We had a little problem at checkin because we arrived in the wee hours. The location is exactly as described and photos. The height of the steps is a little higher than we are used to. Daniel always polite, at his disposal, attentive and kind, his wife too. The condominium and the house are beautiful. Nice and comfortable atmosphere. There's no cable (for those who like it). The pool is excellent size, due to problems with the heater, the water was cold. It was a feather. The structure of the site is excellent. We went away pretending to return.
