Beachfront holiday rental in Tabatinga Beach 2

I would like to record my dissatisfaction with some situations experienced in the condominium: * Lack of understanding and dialogue on the part of the trustee; * excessive restriction on the use of laundry, requiring scheduling even when the space is unoccupied and depending on the owner of the apt to schedule * Smoking in the pool area, even though it is completely open and empty; * Unfounded charges and enforcement of fines without plausible justification; * Receiving a fine when quickly entering the condominium with my small dogs, the reason alleged was the presence of a large dog on the street; * Collection of a value considered abusive for an ozone treatment, supposedly to eliminate cigarette smell. I ask that these issues be analyzed with more empathy and common sense, seeking collective well-being and a more fair and balanced coexistence for all the condominiums.

Location very close to Carapibus/Tabatinga beaches. House was clean and tidy. The hammock was very handy.

The apartment is great! Spacious, super ventilated and the kitchen had everything, we didn't miss anything. The location is perfect, really in front of the beach (which is wonderful) and super easy access to the other beaches of João Pessoa. Jonice was super nice and gave us several tips for tours and leisure options, in addition to responding super fast. I definitely want to come back and I really hope the apartment is available on a future opportunity.

I'm completely in love with this city, I researched it a lot until I found the perfect Airbnb for a few days after staying in a hotel I always stay and was worth it! Tremble cleanliness and delicious Trousseau beach and bath towels! Brand new refrigerator, caprice in the bowls and dishes! I felt at home ! A swimming pool with a foot in the sand! The host Adelino always attentive and helpful at all times. It explained all the details of the building and the apartment, from the parking space to the existing grocery store in the building. A huge pool, easy and quick access to the beach and a restaurant next to the building. The very organized apartment, generous and pleasant space. We will return more often, see you soon. 👏🏻

The house is practically a foot in the sand, beach and lake right in front of us. The adults, the children, the dogs took too much advantage. My dog didn't want to leave, he left crying. It has a restaurant on each side, both very good. The service, the flavor of the dishes and the generosity of the portions of the @tabagrillmirante restaurant are a differential. The owner of the house is extremely willing to put us at ease, worrying if everything is working round in the house. The house is very well equipped to serve large families. There is a giant table that we do not know how they managed to place inside the rsrs house. Several support tables, inflatable hot tub, large pool, good quality and very clean bed and bath…we love it!

Wonderful accommodation, with perfect location and view!!! We could enjoy the beach with tranquility and feel good at the barbecue area and swimming pool. Super attentive host and provided all the information clearly, as well as being super flexible on schedules. For sure we will come back more often, thank you very much!

Kaori's apartment is just amazing! Well located, new and very well maintained, it exceeded our expectations. During our stay, we had no complications, everything was perfect. Kaori is an exceptional host, extremely friendly and attentive. I highly recommend it and hope to have the opportunity to stay again!

Xisto was very receptive, he gave me all the instructions for the house. I found the house in perfect condition, with linens and towels. Impeccable cleanliness in every room. I found all the kitchen utensils I needed. The pool was clean, the garden well maintained. The house is a few meters from the sea, for me it is one of the most beautiful beaches in Conde. Very well located apartment, very good leisure area with heated pool, apartment with 2 bathrooms that was a differential in the stay. If it had air conditioning in the living room, it would be perfect, but the heat wasn't the worst this week with rain… parking garage helped a lot.
