My family and I love our stay, home as in the photos, super cozy, well-equipped kitchen, Fabrícia always helpful, flexible check in and checkout, place close to everything, we love, only what bothered and that is not the fault of the host, it is that there are many mosquitoes of the place, other than that, perfect!!

Emílio's house is organized, clean and cozy. We felt at home, our stay was quiet, some nearby streets have a beach, bakery, markets and the like. We were well received, Emílio and Fernanda always on hand to give us feedback, they were very fun days. The house corresponds to the photos, and the descriptions exactly as they are. Mr. Jordão was extremely attentive, solicited and patient with me and my family. The house is very good and well-equipped. The negative point of the stay ended up with me that I didn't notice the open gate at an exit from the condominium, which ended up generating some discomfort for the neighbors. But Mr. Jordão maneuvered the situation brilliantly warning me and calmed the condominium staff. I returned as quickly as I could to repair my misunderstanding. Outside to that was all very quiet. Beautiful place, impeccable backyard landscaping, wonderful pool, cinema view, quiet and safe beach. The homemade Ironildo is extremely helpful and polite. We had the privilege of relying on Sandra to help us with the kitchen, which was great too. The house is old but completely functional. Airy, with working air conditioning and everything for a very comfortable stay. In addition to the pool, there is also a canvas slide with a water pump that the children loved. We drink coconut water from the backyard, eat jambo from the backyard and take advantage of the outside area for coexistence and meals.

The Yellow House is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed in. Leave the room and come across the green sea of Coqueirinho Beach (my favorite of those I visited in Paraíba), in addition to having direct access to the beach through the backyard, is simply amazing. The house is exactly as in the photos and description, comfortably accommodating a large group (16 people), without any problems during the stay. Although the location of the house is not very close to João Pessoa, for us it worked very well, with easy car access to other beaches in the region. There is no market nearby, so a car is of great help. Rodolfo was always very clear in communication and organized everything in an impeccable way for our stay, providing rules and information that were very useful. In short, it was 7 wonderful days, and we left with the urge to come back more often.

This is a lovely house with ample space both inside and out. All of the large bedrooms are en suite and the outside space includes swimming pool, bbq and a covered dining area. Tabatinga beach is only a few minutes walk with a few bars / restaurants. Thankyou Jose for being a great host!
