We had a truly wonderful stay at Jo’s Place – Blue Beach House in Lian! The property was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully prepared for our group. The interiors were charming and homey, with all the essentials provided—from comfortable beds and clean bathrooms to a well-equipped kitchen and cozy lounging areas. What made the experience extra special was the beach access just a few steps away. We enjoyed watching the sunset, taking morning walks, and having fun by the shore. The outdoor spaces were perfect for both relaxation and bonding time. Jo and the caretakers were incredibly accommodating, responsive, and kind. They made sure everything was in place and even checked in to ensure we were comfortable. Highly recommended for families, barkadas, or anyone looking for a peaceful beachfront getaway. We’ll definitely be back!

This is my 4th time staying in VillaRica Beach Resort and it will not be my last. My family love the place due to safety and accomodating staff. Till next time.

A very pleasant place to stay for families especially if you are looking an ocean vacation. Disclaimer: it's not beach front which what you will find mostly in Anilao. We had fun exploring other islands via rental boat which is reasonably priced as well. We will definitely revisit this place next vacation.

Great place for big groups. Everyone can sleep comfortably. Had all the amenities listed and more. Ms. Juliana was very considerate and accommodating. Ms. Susan and Ms. Jacqueline were also very helpful during our stay. Thank you for letting us stay in your place.

Absolutely perfect stay! This beach house was everything we hoped for and more. Super private, peaceful, and just steps from the beach—it felt like our own little paradise. The house was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, and our dog was in heaven running around the yard and playing in the sand. It’s hard to find truly pet-friendly places that still feel like a retreat, but this one nailed it. What really stood out was the community vibe—neighbors were incredibly warm and welcoming without being intrusive. Everyone made us feel at home right away. Can’t recommend this place enough if you’re looking to unwind in a serene, pet-friendly spot with great people around. Already dreaming of our next visit!

great place to stay in Pico. Room is good for 6. cooking amenities is good and complete. the water though feels weird when showering, takes like forever to rinse your body of soap. Pico de loro currently is doing renovations on the roads but it wont affect your stay. registration didn't took too long even though many visitors are coming due to long weekend.

Regina was very communicative all throughout the process. The house is very well kept and the views are awesome. The only negative that are the amount stairs and steps of the whole property. Not exactly physically disabled friendly. The views are very picturesque. It was great that the house is pet friendly. Regina’s caretaker, Inday, is such a great resource and a gem. Hopefully we can go back soon.

The instructions were clear, and Hershey gave us a heads up whom to look for to assist us. The unit was clean and everything was in order. The 2 induction cooker is a plus with stainless cookwares. The place is just enough for 6 of us. Pico beach is one of the best beaches I have ever seen!

Billyn and her caretakers were very responsive and accommodating. My group booked the 2 rooms which had everything we needed because we cooked our meals and did some work (no internet connection issues). Billyn answered all my queries clearly so we can prepare for our trip. We didn't encounter any issues during our stay so yehey!

We had a great time staying at this property! The place was clean, beautiful, and just a few steps from the beach, which made everything super convenient. We really appreciated the kitchen equipment—it had a good array of utensils, pots, and pans that made cooking our meals easy, though a few of them could use a bit of updating. The beach itself was fantastic! The fine black sand was beautiful, and it wasn’t very rocky, which made swimming really enjoyable. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable stay—highly recommended!

The place is as described. The house is pretty new and well maintained so I think we had the privilege to enjoy its beauty. The view is magnificent. The water is pristine and crystal clear. The pool is great but too deep however it is as expected as it was described as deep. I’d only recommend to have someone manage the listing and communication. Had to wait for more than 15 minutes outside and there were no response on both the contact number and as well in the app. We had to find the house ourselves before we could check. If I hadn’t get out of the car and find it myself we would have waited long. Overall the place is perfect. You just had to take a plight of stairs to get there but as expected it was communicated before booking.

Ms Joanne is very responsive and clear with the instructions, her place is near the pool and beach. Quiet and clean place. You can cook, refrigerator is good! Microwave - ok! We will book this again, already recommended this place to our relatives. Thank you

We had a wonderful stay! Don and Darby were super responsive and even shared helpful details ahead of time to make sure our check-in went smoothly. The unit was exactly as described—clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. The only slight letdown was the balcony view; we were expecting a full mountain view, but it was partially blocked due to ongoing construction in front of Jacana. Still, everything else made up for it, and this trip was definitely one for the books. Would love to book this place again in the future! P.S. Pico gets really packed during Holy Week—would recommend visiting during off-peak if you’re after a more peaceful experience.

Maria’s place has everything you’d need in a summer get-together! From the outdoor kitchen with grill and bonfire, indoor karaoke machine to the spacious pool at the perfect temperature. And everything in between — some books, board games and a pickle ball court! If you’re one to appreciate design, you will love how the ceilings are high to let the warm air rise up and proper ventilation to let air pass through. Great for a tropical country! The way the property is laid out is amazing as well. A big common area where the kitchen, dining and TV are. The rooms on the sides to give privacy. And the big backyard where the pool is! Not to mention all the activities you can do outside with the help of their kind caretakers. We went island hopping which included snorkeling where we saw so many fishes! If you’re still not convinced, know that Maria is one of the reasons I would come back. Kind, thoughtful and lovely. You get a feeling that she’s put a lot of love to make this a home. ❤️

We had a wonderful stay here. It was very relaxing and serene. You can also feel the privacy within the area. The rooms are big and most of the amenities you needed are there. The wifi is fast as well. I was able to do some of my remote work. Kudos to the host and the rest of team. Will def be back. Highly recommend them
