This unique home has its very own style. The main house is the old Lyngfogde residence, the apartment is located in an adjacent building, with its own entrance and parking. The apartment has a fantastic view of fields and Horreby Lyng, which is a very unique area. There is rich wildlife on and around the property, with pheasants, hares, deer and lots of birds. Hesnæs beach is about 7 km away, and Corselitze estate and forest district, where there is the possibility of beautiful hikes, is about 5 km away.

Large natural plot, forest and lake within walking distance. This is ideal for families with children, we have a bathtub, changing area, swing and grass to play on. Behind the plot is the city's small football field. There is a 5-minute drive to the nearest sandy beach, and along the coast countless pearls of the best beaches in Denmark.

Nice garden, with the possibility to barbecue, play football, tennis etc. or just relax. 6 km from Marielyst beach. Close to good restaurants, shopping, cafes and many other nice attractions such as, the Medieval Center, 'the end of the world' Denmark's southernmost point, Knuthenborg etc.

Tag en pause, og slap af i denne fredelige oase. Boligen ligger i rolige omgivelser med udsigt over marken og med kig til køerne. Der er et mindre køkken med en elkoger og et minikomfur med 1 blus. Der er mulighed for at sætte en rejseseng op hvis der er 1 barn med. Rejsesengen har vi til rådighed plus dyner og puder. Hvis i skal på tur, ligger Nyk Falster og fuglesang kunstmuseum ikke mere end 4 km væk.

It's all just 1 hour from Copenhagen – but with the feeling of being much further away.
