Nearby are Asterias, one of the most beautiful and famous areas for swimming in the crystal clear waters of the Aegean, with the hanging buildings and the imposing church of Agios Nikolaos proudly dominating in the background. There is no sandy beach.

The house has a private upper terrace ( reachable by the ladder ) with the stunning sea view of Ermoupoli with its port/shipyard. There is a private outdoor dining area . Many restaurants , caffès and stores are just around the corner. The nearest parking lot is 4 min by foot. Don’t forget the stairs of Ano Syros , there are many of them.
