St Nicholas Mansion was built early 1920 and is named after the nearby church dedicated to St Nicholas.Located in Ermoupolis, the capital of Syros island, in the once fashionable neighbourhoud of the local aristocracy called Vaporia, the mansion has easy access to the seafront and the historical city centre. Built in the characteristic neoclassical architecture, the two story building was recently renovated to offer our guests an unforgettable stay in the most unique town of the Cyclades islands

The house is located at one of the most beautiful spots of the island and has a spectacular view. It is less than 300 meters far from the sea, where there is a wonderful sand beach. This combination of tranquility and fun is suitable for young people and families. There are also traditional cafe and restaurants nearby. Consisting of 4 renovated bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with a dining area, and, best of all, a huge terrace with amazing views.

Welcome to our beautiful Cycladic house with 120 sq.m. which consists of two independent studios. One studio can accommodate up to 3 guests and the other up to 4-5 guests. Both studios offer an amazing view and have functional kitchens, as well as their own courtyard. There is also a private outdoor swimming pool with dimensions of 4.20 m by 2 m and a view of the Aegean Sea. The apartments are located just a 5-minut walk to the beach and local restaurants, like the famous Thalassaki.
