Everything was okay

Very nice hostess. Absolutely sufficient and recommended for a short stay. Tram within walking distance with connection to the center. Free parking is available in the area. The studio is located in the hostess's house in a quiet area. Sofa bed comfortable. If someone cares about it and wants to stock up beforehand: The coffee machine is from Tchibo (Cafissimo). If necessary, a few more hooks could be installed in the bathroom.

This is a great stay. Host was very responsive. Restaurants within walking distance. Would stay again.

Gerrit's apartment is very clean and modern. Check-in was convenient and straightforward. The apartment is located in a quiet side street (car-free zone). Nevertheless, you can reach the S-Bahn (suburban train) stop in about 3 minutes. Bakeries, cafes, etc. are also reachable in a few minutes' walk. I can definitely recommend the apartment.

We were all very satisfied! Andre was very easy to reach and the place keeps exactly what it promises. 5 stars!

I enjoyed the accommodation very much. Everything available, space enough and very cozy... I had a great night's sleep. The bed was cozy and the location to the back, very calm. The bathroom was large and equipped with everything. The car could be parked right outside the door for free. 💯🙏🏻It was a very nice stay.... Thank you ♥️ 🙏🏻🫠 when I am traveling in Bonn again, I will be happy to book here again. 🫠

A very nice house with a stunning view of the Rur and nature. We felt very comfortable. Arrive and feel right at home and drive down and relax right away. Pure tranquility a dream for us and super comfortable beds. We'd come back in a heartbeat.

Michael's house is very nicely decorated. There was nothing missing, the kitchen was very well equipped, everything was picobello clean and new. For six people an optimal property and not far from Cologne or Düsseldorf. We will definitely be back. We enjoyed it very much.

We actually enjoyed everything very much, the few days away on the Mosel were very nice and we had wonderful weather, at Klabautermann "a small houseboat bar" which is two minutes away by foot from us, we were able to enjoy a few delicious drinks. The bakery Belda, which is also about two minutes away by foot, you can eat very tasty cakes and the rolls are also very good. So overall we had a perfect place to stay for us. Everything went smoothly and well with Jessica, the apartment is small and cute and prepared with a lot of love. In any case highly recommended!!!

We had a very nice stay at this place in Hallschlag ☺️ Check in worked smoothly and the house was very clean. The house is in a very quiet environment and you can take nice walks and hikes from there. We will be happy to come back :)

a very nice clean & spacious house in which we felt very comfortable as a family of 5. The location is excellent and all shopping is close.

Cannot recommend Stephan and this place enough! Stephan was incredibly helpful and flexible. He gave us local recommendations and helped us with some car trouble. The house was perfect and the outside table with fairy lights were a great touch! If we’re ever in the area again we will book here! It’s really clean and peaceful. Honestly cannot recommend this place enough. Great for Nürburgring & Spa road trips. It was really close to shops and petrol station, 3 mins from supermarket and auto repair places. Overall really really good.

We were a group of 10 friends looking for a simple place where to sleep for a weekend. The appartement was great, similarly to the pictures and descriptions. The Check in instructions were extremely simple and precise. I highly recommend!

It was absolutely worth it.

Ute is a friendly host who took good care of us. She even offered to take us to the nearest train station when we were going to a meeting in Cologne. We travelled between the city center and the apartment with Uber – it worked well, despite the apartment being a bit away from the city center.

Location is top, everything was very well maintained and complete. The garden is lovely to relax in and the contact with the host went smoothly. The upstairs neighbor is also very nice and always available for questions or a chat. It was also very nice that the dogs were so welcome. We enjoyed it and will definitely be back!

Everything was wonderful. My colleague would have liked to have stayed longer, but unfortunately it was different. Thank you for everything. We'd love to come back anytime.

Jan is a highly recommended host. The communication with him was very pleasant, courteous and efficient. His (penthouse)apartment was perfect in every matter, from the accessibility / location to the functionality / equipment in general to many, thoughtfully and quietly set amenities. In addition, in a central, perfectly connected location, the tranquility was remarkable. As well as this was the view from the windows into the surrounding area. We thoroughly enjoyed the time of our stay and can only recommend the choice of Jan's apartment as accommodation.

Beautiful, clean, spacious apartment with everything you need. Nice and spacious terrace. Hiking and cycling opportunities from the house in a beautiful green area or along the Rhine. Nice owners, available with questions.

We loved this apartment, right on the Rhine River. The view is amazing and the apartment is large, clean and very well furnished. The bed we used was comfortable (there are two beds, one in each spacious bedroom). and there are metal shades that help a jet lagged person sleep. The surrounding areas are beautiful and walkable. Even though we had difficulty finding the apartment, we would highly recommend it to others who were new to the area and not driving, like us. We look forward to returning next year and love the city of Koblenz, especially for its walking options and the charm of the old city.
