Holiday rentals with a sauna in Świnoujście

We had a really nice week at Ute. the house is very nicely located and quiet. Perfect for getting down and relaxing, which includes the sauna that you can use. The contact with Ute via Airbnb or personally was always helpful and very friendly. You feel comfortable and welcomed from the first second you arrive. All in all, Ute was just perfect and we thank you again for the great time.

Everything was as described. Check-in was smooth with a key box. We were even able to check in a little earlier by arrangement. Everything was very clean and the location was perfect (right on the promenade) We actually only missed the toaster in the kitchen, and for me and my wife the bed was too hard. We'd love to come back. We had a lovely time.

Wonderful experience right from the start! The place looks exactly like on the photos. It’s very clean and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay and will surely be back soon!

A highly recommended address, especially if you don't want to experience Usedom in the hectic seaside resorts.

Dirk's place is highly recommended. Apart from the excellent amenities, which lacked nothing, we were very impressed by the fitness and entertainment area (billiards, foosball, giant chess, table tennis, etc.) as well as the sauna. Everything is almost new, very well maintained and extremely quiet. Only the access to the water and swimming facilities are a little further than expected. You should definitely arrive by car.

The sea view is amazing, the photos do not reflect this. The sound of the sea and the landscape worked very relaxing and calming, so it's a great place to unwind. The great thing is that there is a private descent to the beach and a variety of attractions in the building. The apartment was nice and clean, only with the drawbacks I could write, I was missing more towel racks. In summary, I really recommend and will come back to this place!

Monique's accommodation is super suitable for families, especially with small children/babies (changing table, potty, baby bath). I especially liked the proximity to the beach and the great equipment of the kitchen (sharp knives, even a blender stick). The communication was very open and super friendly. Loved this vacation!!! We had a lovely 5 days in Katharina's apartment. The apartment is charmingly decorated and we didn't lack anything. The location is nice and quiet, the beach can be reached on foot in a few minutes and by car it is not far to the shopping. The Karls Erdbeerhof is only 4 minutes away, we didn't know before arrival and were there twice:D Unfortunately, the pool was a little too cold for our kids and the beach chair out of season unfortunately not yet there (which was already communicated to us before). All in all, we were still able to relax and would choose Katharina's apartment again on our next Usedom visit:D

Uwe and Constance were great hosts. The place was easy to find, everything kept clean and simple. Especially the sauna was very nice and easy to use. A great place to stay for a getaway, 10 minutes from the Baltic Sea.

We will be happy to come back! She even exceeded all our expectations and was our best & most beautiful experience on Airbnb. Everything super clean & everything available. Fast and friendly communication. The location is absolutely perfect and yet quiet. The sauna was our highlight. We were able to relax very well & are very grateful to Claudia for all her commitment. We had a wonderful vacation in Bernd's Kielhus. We felt completely comfortable. The house offers everything you need to have a relaxing time. The apartment extends over 3 floors, with the bedrooms on the upper floors. It is very spacious, comfortably furnished and fabulously complemented by Kerstin's art objects. The terrace is fantastic as you can watch the breathtaking sunsets from there. Nearby are restaurants within walking distance overlooking the Achterwasser. By bike, you can reach the beach of Kölpinsee in 10 minutes and otherwise the island can be explored very comfortably by bike and train. For larger purchases, we think you need a car, as the nearest supermarket and good bakeries are about 4 km away. Communication with Bernd and Kerstin went smoothly and was very warm. We will be back!!!

We had an amazing time with our 3 teenage daughters and dog. The house was comfortable, well designed and cozy. Plus, the extra comforts for our dog (a bed, dog blanket and extra bowls) were much appreciated. We had such a wonderful time as family and a very restful vacation.

Perfectly equipped holiday home with great landlords. - Kitchen well equipped, with everything you need for cooking - very comfortable beds - Everything sparkling clean - Bikes, child seats, umbrellas, sauna bathrobes, bathing shoes, egg cooker, dishwasher tabs galore, fire bowl with wood, barbecue, Nespresso machine, great tips and homemade blackberry jam - it doesn't get any better than that! Thank you, dear Ines and Kai, for the wonderful autumn holidays! We will be happy to come back and can fully recommend you (even if we would much prefer to keep you as a secret tip;-)

Great place, we felt very comfortable. Katja was always available, the house was very cozy. Check-in via a separate reception was always staffed and very easy to provide information. We would have been happy if there were a bit more cooking equipment (e.g. pan turner, ladle) as we like to cook. But all in all we were very satisfied and would come back again.

Jana personally welcomed us very warmly. The property is wonderfully located right on the small harbor of Altwarp. Everything you need and more is available. The accessibility on the ground floor is perfectly implemented, we have never seen it before. In short: we can fully recommend the accommodation. If you are looking for peace and fantastic nature, you will find it here at the Haff. Altwarp itself offers a few gastronomic options, there is also a great mom and pop shop. Ueckermünde is close if anyone needs more. It was a really nice getaway for us. We were not at the Haff for the last time and in Jana's perfect gem on the Haff.

We were happy to come back to Fuchsbau in the future.
