This is a beautiful, 175qm large luxury holiday house-built in 2016 on a 900 sqm large, fenced plot. It's located on WOLIN island (Western Polish Baltic coast),10km east from Miedzyzdroje. You can find here an absolute tranquility.The house is located 50m from Wolin National Park (a great forest) and 1,2km through this forest to the beach. The beach itself: wide, wide, long, white sandy beach. In the house: a fire place+ sauna and 5 bed rooms (4 x double bed + 1 room with 2 bunk beds for kids)

Built with ecological materials and with own hands, the house is located on the foothills of Giebułtów, from where there is a spectacular view of the Mirsk valley, Świeradów-Zdrój, and on clear days, Śnieżka. The facility has two separate rooms on the mezzanine, a bathroom, an open living room with a kitchen and a stove to warm up on colder days. We offer a wood-fired sauna on request (charged additionally). Guests have at their disposal peace and quiet ad libitum.

W ciągu dnia można relaksować się na tarasie lub w otoczeniu zieleni , wieczorem przy ognisku, a w deszczowe dni zaszyć się w otoczeniu architektury z książką w dłoni. Tutaj każdy wypoczywa po prostu tak, jak chce. Przez cały pobyt do Waszej dyspozycji jest czteroosobowy pojazd elektryczny EZ-Go, którym możecie poruszać się po naszym terenie lub zwiedzić okolicę.

The Wolf Apartment-is a loft of a single-family house arranged for guests' needs. It consists of two spacious bedrooms, each with a large bed and a sofa bed; a living room with an equipped kitchenette with a sofa bed; and a bathroom. The shared area with the hosts is a closed vestibule, from which there are stairs leading to the floor. Because we live on the ground floor, we prefer quiet guests, families with children. We do not allow parties.
