The base consists of 3 fully equipped houses with an area of 50 m2 + closed mezzanines. The ground floor of each house is a living room with a kitchenette and an 18-meter terrace, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. There are two single beds on the mezzanines. The optimal number of guests in the house is 4 people, a sofa bed in the living room can provide accommodation for 2 additional people. The Tlen base is a place of year-round recreation. Heated in winter, air-conditioned in summer

Dom na brzegu jeziora Sasek Wielki, w sercu mazurskiego lasu. To chatka w lesie, ze wszytskimi niedogodnościami, jakie się z tym wiążą. Zimą, gdy przyjeżdżacie, dopóki nie rozpalicie w kominku, w domku panuje temperatura otoczenia. Czasem mam możliwość podjechać przed Waszym przyjazdem i nagrzać, ale to czasem ;-) Moc przyłączeniowa energii elektrycznej jest niska i nie ma możliwości jej zwiększenia. Powoduje to, że gdy używacie wielu odbiorników, "wywala korki", trzeba je włączyć.

A mountain cottage right on the lake

A picturesque and charming place for individual and family recreation, located among the Bieszczady forests. It is a perfect place for water sports, hiking, cycling and mushroom picking. The house is over 70 sq meters, and is located on a plot directly adjacent to the lake (about 30 meters). Guests can also use the barbecue, the jetty and the rowing boat. From May 1 to September 30, the house is rented for at least 6 days. The property is monitored from the outside.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Each cottage has 2 bedrooms upstairs and a living room with kitchenette and bathroom downstairs. The thermal comfort of guests is ensured by air conditioning with heating function and their privacy - a large partially covered terrace with a private garden and barbecue. Each house has a separate entrance. The common area is a large heated swimming pool and playground available to all residents of the resort.

The available boat for up to 4 people can also provide additional evening experiences , a sauna, or a mine combined with a bath in the lagoon upon agreement.
