I invite you to our cottage, let relaxation in the jacuzzi and sauna and walks in the surrounding forests and meadows allow you to forget about everything for a while.... The 1300 sqm plot and 80 sqm house (for max. 8 people) are available for guests. The cottage has a bathroom, kitchen, living room with fireplace, two rooms upstairs, parking, fire pit and barbecue, trampoline, Jacuzzi, sauna. The river is 200 meters away. In the autumn and winter season, the cottage is heated by a fireplace and additional stoves. There may be temperature differences.

From the windows of the spacious living room there is a view of the mountains: on one side the panorama of Gorce, and on the other the Tatra Mountains. Our House is built with traditional highlander technology. The house is a combination of tradition and modernity. It is cozy and atmospheric and at the same time provides all the comforts. In winter, it is a paradise for skiers. In summer, you can go on many beautiful trips directly from the house...

A house on the shore of Lake Sasek Wielki, in the heart of the Masurian forest. It's a cabin in the woods, with all the inconveniences that come with it. In winter, when you arrive, until you light the fireplace, the cottage is at ambient temperature. Sometimes I have the opportunity to drive up before your arrival and warm up, but it's sometimes ;-) The electricity connection power is low and cannot be increased. This causes that when you use multiple receivers, it "throws out the plugs", you have to turn them on.

The house on Radostowa is a place for 8 people. You will find 3 comfortable bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a living room with a fireplace and a play area for children. Outside, a large, well-kept garden, a large terrace, and a fireplace await you. It's all for you and your loved ones.

Forget your worries with these spacious and peaceful views. There are deckchairs and hammocks on the property to immerse yourself in a good read. A boat for a maximum of 4 people is also available for those who are willing to experience additional evening attractions, a sauna or a bath combined with a bath in the lagoon. As hosts, we can provide fresh or smoked fish at your request. We are always happy to prepare homemade waffles with homemade jam. We are looking forward to your visit.

The base is 3, fully equipped houses with an area of 50m2 + closed mezzanines. The ground floor of each house is a living room with a kitchenette and an 18-meter terrace, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. There are two single beds on the mezzanines. The optimal number of guests in the house is 4 people, a sofa bed in the living room can provide accommodation for 2 additional people. The Tlen base is a place of year-round recreation.
