Monthly Rentals in Swaton

Peta’s lovely flat was a perfect place to stay for our family wedding at Aswarby Rectory. Peta was quick to respond to our messages, offering good advice on places to eat and taxis etc. The flat was warm, clean and well equipped, we enjoyed sitting chatting in the beautiful lounge. We didn’t stay long enough to make use of the lovely garden. There’s plenty of space to park two cars. Just across the road is Tablez bistro, thoroughly recommend their breakfasts. Many thanks Peta.

Fantastic stay. We decided last minute that we wanted to get away for the weekend. Thankfully this beautiful cottage was available and Jayne was quick to respond and make sure everything was sorted for us. Such a beautiful location, so peaceful! Would stay again!

Really great stay in a charming home and location. Just what we needed/wanted … and with the extra addition of a beautiful feline friend to join along the way 🐱 would recommend!

Absolut stunning place. Totally recommended to spend a few days relaxing in the hot tub and with good food and wine. There is not much to do nearby, which was what we wanted. Tesco and Aldi are less than 10 minutes drive away. Full equipped kitchen. Communication with the hosts was smooth and easy.
