We had such an amazing stay! Danielle was so helpful with her communication - we knew exactly how to check in and where to go. Lots of recommendations which came in really useful! The cottage itself is immaculate, the decor is stunning and every small detail has been thought of. The groceries and dog treats left were a lovely surprise! We couldn’t recommend staying here enough and I have no doubts that we will be back! Thanks again!

As we frequently stay at the caravan site at the end of the road we have driven past this property on numerous occasions and knew it would be ideal for us. We weren't disappointed and as soon as we got inside he felt right at home.

The Lodge is a quaint, quirky very compact cosy place to stay. Jan is so welcoming and makes lovely fruit cake as I sampled on arrival! Which was most welcome after a long drive. Will definitely return but maybe in the spring or summer. The road leading to the village is pretty dark and quite narrow in places but the surrounding countryside is beautiful especially with the autumn colours.

We were looking for a place to escape for NYE as we wanted somewhere in the country and quiet! Elaine’s annex was excellent, clean, and as described! Would recommend 😊
