I booked Anna’s beautiful home as a gift for some family members to spend a weekend away at. Anna was so incredibly responsive and helpful, and was happy to liaise with me even though I would not physically be there (so I could pass all the information on to my family members). This place provides the ultimate relaxing getaway experience. The house is spacious and comfortable and with an awesome fireplace and heaters in the bedrooms you would not know it.was below zero outside in the early morning. Everything you need for cooking is provided, showers are great and beds very comfortable. This is a true farm experience with sheep, working dogs, chickens and a horse coming right up to your fence. The river walk is an easy walk for most fitness levels and the scenery along the way with the flowing river is a very tranquil experience. Indigo is an excellent host and provided excellent communication from the moment we booked. Tristan was always there when we needed to top up the wood and very informative about the property and surrounds. The was the perfect place to spend our 47th wedding anniversary with a glass of bubbles on the covered back deck which has the sun all day. We highly recommend Indigo's place to anybody wanting a unique relaxing holiday.

Petrea’s place was absolutely perfect! It’s very clear that a lot of thought and effort has gone in to ensuring that guests feel comfortable and very much at home. The decor and furniture make for a perfect setting for a cosy night by the stunning fireplace, beds were extremely comfortable and everything you may need is provided. Great location, great value for money and an overall great vibe…. We did not want to leave. Thank you Petrea!

The Ocean Retreat is an absolute pleasure to stay at. The deck and pool overlooking the ocean is what sets this place apart, the view is breathtaking. The heated pool is a great temperature, we used it even though the weather wasn't really warm. The kitchen has great amenities and is well stocked for entertaining. Having two dishwashers and a butlers pantry is brilliant. BBQ is huge! Makes cooking for the family easy. We loved that every bedroom has it's own bathroom/ensuite, makes it great when you have 4 couples staying like we did. All the bedrooms are very spacious, plenty of room for the bassinet and stuff for our infant. The layout of the loungeroom is well considered too, the gas "woodheater" gives all the ambience of a log fire without the mess and warms the area really well. Thank you Nigel and Courtney for a fantastic stay, we hope to be back again soon!

Absolutely loved our stay at The Black Shed! We are a family of 4 so loved having a bedroom each, 2 bathrooms and lots of little extras (board games, outdoor toys and fire pit)! The location was perfect with a quick walk to the beachfront path that lead to the park and shops! The house was absolutely pristine! The host was next level wonderful, welcoming and friendly! We will definitely be back! Kids sad to be home!

My friends and I absolutely loved our stay at Sven & Tracy’s Grappa Court Penthouse! The apartment is exceptionally spacious, clean and had all the amenities we needed. The location is perfect for those wanting to explore North Hobart and surrounds. Sven and Tracy have been lovely hosts, so easy to deal with and all communication has been prompt and handled professionally. We would recommend this apartment to anyone, and would love to stay again sometime in the future!

Loved our stay in the servants cottage! The place was super cute and cosy. Very clean spaces, comfy furniture and great water pressure in the shower. We enjoyed making a fire in the kitchen and being able to walk into town. The walk into the CBD is relatively quick but be prepared for a walk uphill on the way home. The views make it worth it. Thanks so much for having us!

Our stay in north Hobart was great! Excellent location, really warm cozy feel and nice deep bath for the end of the day. Would definitely stay again. Communication with laura was really easy and prompt, great host!

My partner and I enjoyed our stay, we both raved about how comfortable the bed was and we thought the doona was heavenly. It had a great location and was only a few minutes away from a lot of the launnie attractions

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Old School House. We traveled with a 5 month old who was very well catered for. The accomodation is charming, very comfortable and clean. Communication with the hosts was very responsive and clear, going above and beyond to ensure we had enjoyable stay. The accommodation is a 15 min walk down to Salamanca Place and Fishermans wharf providing easy access to shops and restaurants. Sandy Bay shops are about a 7 min walk. We will definitely stay again.

Bright, spacious apartment with a lovely view of the bay and mountains, and with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Nicolle was a very responsive host. We had a very easy, fuss-free stay. The location is mere minutes away from central Hobart by car but in a peaceful suburban setting.

Miro & Edinas home is beautiful. Edina greeted us and showed us important features of this smart house & shared information on nearby must sees. The pantry and fridge were a plenty & they’d even bought us a loaf of bread and fresh fruit, which we really appreciated. Even though you share an internal stairwell, it was still very private. Very cosy for the winter with fireplace and heaters and extra blankets for us northerners. The main bedroom has a beautiful view of the mountain; so picturesque especially on a full moon. Thank you once again Edina & Miro, it was truly a delight to stay with you.

This place feels really special, it’s absolutely beautiful and so peaceful. We had a lovely, slow paced four night stay with our family and friends. I was already daydreaming about the next time we could visit, before we had even left. Hopefully sometime soon x

We felt right at home when we stepped in the doors. The place is bright and spacious in the living room and kitchen areas. Very clean and the kitchen is well equipped. There were plenty of places to sit for 6 of us and a lovely deck and outdoor seating also available. Plenty of hot water and the bedding are clean and comfy. Overall a great home to comeback to after a day of travelling around Hobart. The host is very friendly and reaches out very early to offer recommendations and assistance. Very close to Cascade Brewery and Mount Wellington. Highly recommended !

This is a fabulous period home with some gorgeous updates to kitchen/dining family rooms and upstairs primary bedroom and en-suite. The older parts of the house are very well maintained as well. Lots of home comforts here with ample kitchen wares to cook, a great coffee machine, brand new kitchen range, a full laundry room, and loads of fun games to play both indoor as well as on the beautiful river-front lawn. Peta-Jane answered all our questions within a few minutes and was delightful to work with. I would not hesitate in any way to recommend this beautiful home and the lovely owner :)

We loved it. It felt like arriving at home. The garden is magnificient, the plants inside are stunning. The kitchen is extremely well equipped to cook. The fire place is gorgeous. We have a great time.

Central location on the main road of Derby. House was very comfortable with a very well stocked kitchen (by Airbnb standards). Fireplace was excellent for the cool nights and the multiple outdoor areas were all well used. The bike lockup and workshop is very in point for Derby and allowed us to store our rental bikes securely.

Beautiful villa which was a treat to stay in. Super close to town and close to Freycinet. We loved staying here and thought it was very clean, extremely cosy with some awesome natural light. Emily was great to help us out with any questions. highly recommend and will be back!

Lei, was waiting for us even we arriving around 8.40pm, she showed us our room and she was super helpful. The house was clean and super comfortable.

Seriously better than the photos. Rob was the most welcoming host. House was incredible and location to die for.
