Oysters is a two bedroomed modern apartment at Swanpool Falmouth. Swanpool Beach with it's popular water-sports is 500 metres away. The coastal path which offers walkers spectacular views is always a draw. As is Swanpool Lake which is a site of special scientific interest, (SSSI) which is within a leisurely stroll. There are excellent restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance, Gylly Café and Hooked on the Rocks being many peoples favourites. We live in Swanpool should you need us.

I stayed here whilst visiting family locally. The room and ensuite were immaculately clean very comfortable and nicely furnished. The shower was huge and worked well. There was the added bonus of a microwave minifridge plates bowls and utensils giving the flex to eat out or grab food in. Wifi worked well. All very welcome as I stayed on my own. Amelia was very welcoming and kind when I needed help with a medical issue. The room was superb value compared to local hotels. I also used the train from penmere making falmouth town and truro easy to get to and taxis were cheap easy and friendly. Highly recommend.

The apartment was so stylish spacious and beautifully furnished. The kitchen and bathrooms were modern and clean and the extras like prosecco and milk in the fridge were a welcoming touch. I also enjoyed the complimentary use of the hotel pool which was only a short stroll away. I look forward to a return visit next time I'm in Falmouth.

This was perfect for my stay in Falmouth. Beautifully presented, amazing location, quiet area and a very short walk into town. Zoe was a great host and ensured I had comprehensive instructions on finding the apartment and how to gain access. There is a lovely little garden attached to enjoy in the summer. We know Falmouth well, so knew where the apartment was and were very excited to be staying there. The apartment was as good as the photos showed, with modern furniture, everywhere was very clean, the apartment was well maintained and felt very special to stay in. The kitchen was well stocked with lots of plates, bowls, glasses and mugs etc and lots of utensils. There was a laundry room with washing machine, airer, iron and ironing board which was helpful to have. Although you are partly overlooking the car park, you don’t really notice as the main view across the grass roof to the sea is stunning. It was really nice to have the balcony, which had a variety of outdoor furniture to use. You are across the road from Gylly beach, which is great and very convenient. There is a Co-op on the ground floor and easy walking distance to the main town and Falmouth Town train station. We had a really great stay here and would happily come back again. We didn’t want to leave!
