Very homely and very well stocked caravan. Nice and quiet when we stayed. Parking space at the side big enough for 2 cars. Samantha was very helpful and very responsive to messages. Activity passes included making this a very reasonably priced place to stay.

We hired this for a few days with family to celebrate my nans 70th birthday. Absolutely beautiful house and gardens and the facilities are amazing. We live locally so knew about the area but loved having a swimming pool, tennis courts and snooker table for all of us to enjoy. The lounge was bigger than we thought and comfortably sat all of us. We also received a helpful guide a few days before our stay which gave us all the information we needed. Overall a really lovely stay, thank you!

My family and I had a wonderful stay, there was plenty to do for all ages. Very relaxing having swims and using the hot tub. Then preparing our meals in the well equipped kitchen. We ended each night with stories around the fire pit. Well worth a visit and would definitely love to visit again.

This is our second time staying in this lovely caravan. It’s always pristine and lovely. I always felt like a home away from home there. The bedrooms are a good size and the extra full bathroom is a definite plus! I’d highly recommend staying here.

A great place to stay for families and groups. Super quick responses, loads of info provided in advance and useful links to places in the area. Lovely house and so much to offer for the young and old - our group ranged from 5 years old to retirees and we all had a fab time. Everything was lovely and clean and well maintained. location was absolutely perfect for a relax and a decent walk everyday, we paddle boarded up the coast both ways and the scenery was stunning and finished most days with a swim in the pool. if you're after a close too everything place too stay this isn't the place for you but if you're looking for a break away from the world then this will tick all your boxes 🤗

We had a blissful few days at Flint cottage. Wonderful kitchen to cook in, and multiple fabulous farm shops nearby. We ordered a heat and eat pie and a DIY breakfast pack for our first night, which made the start of the holiday so much more chilled out. The outdoor bath was also really special. We were so comfortable throughout we just relaxed completely. Can’t wait to come back!

The Beach House in Southbourne provided us with everything that we needed for a perfect family holiday. The house has a spectacular view of the sea, with SOBO Beach access only metres away. The houses itself provides all of the amenities any family could want to have an enjoyable stay. Bathroom to bedroom ratio, safe suitable parking, a swimming pool,a hot tub with sea views, mini golf, a games room and chill out zone, and much more. The property is ideally situated near local shops,cafes pubs and restaurants. The Beach House is perfectly located for day trips to Swanage, Corfe Castle,Sandbanks,Bournemouth, Poole and the surrounding area. The hosts were very helpful and responsive to all of our enquiries. We stayed at Stephen’s house over the Easter holiday and found the location perfect for accessing the Town and beach. The house and gardens are fantastic and we really felt at home over the four days. The weather wasn’t the best but we still made use of the wonderful garden and also the games cupboard and television due to the weather. Plenty of takeaways, food shops and pubs in the area and all in all a great location to spend time with your family especially if the weather is on your side. Thank you Stephen.

Celia’s place is truly perfect! The cottage is decorated to perfection and we felt right at home as soon as walking in the door. It has everything you need and a perfect location to explore the local beaches and towns. Celia was super helpful and we loved the tips and personal favourites within the local area. Perfect house for our 3 generations, plenty of comfortable space. Great location, quiet, parking and easy walk to beach. Well equipped and was spotlessly clean. Clare was a very responsive host.

A truly special place. The pictures actually don’t do justice to how spacious it is, and how immaculate and well thought out it is, and the Wind in the Willows theme works perfectly in the peaceful surroundings of the riverbank. It’s a really calming and cosy place, and sitting eating breakfast by the riverbank was a joy. The spa bathroom is an extra treat on top. Chris and Judy were extremely proactive and we arrived fully informed with local recommendations and everything was easy to check in and out. We met Judy on the second day who very kindly greeted us and gave us more tips on things to do nearby. We hope one day to return!

Lovely home in a great location, the nearest beaches seem to be the nicest and are quieter. House was a great space for our little one to run around, inside and out. Some lovely touches too including a welcome pack. Great stay

Comfotable, well- appointed within easy walking distance of beach. Good size garden for relaxation.

Simon's house has everything that a family needs on holiday. It is warm, comfortable, clean and having the three floors is ideal because it meant that we (the grandparents) had our own bedroom and bathroom on the top floor, whilst the children (aged three and five) and their parents had their own bedrooms and bathroom on the first floor. In terms of location, it is perfect because it is just a five minute stroll to the beach where the children play happily for hours on end. We ate every day at the cafe. Alternatively, a short walk uphill connects with the coastal path leading up to Ballard Down, one of the most beautiful walks / runs imageineable with far-reaching views towards Poole harbour and the Isle of Wight. The town itself has plenty of facilities, including the steam engine to Corfe Castle, a lovely day out. Thank you Simon.

Architecturally amazing house, really comfortable and peaceful home to stay in. Gemma was a great host, really responsive and helpfully. The garden is amazing and we spent a lot of time outside with the fire pit, even saw some deer at the bottom of the garden. Highly recommend, especially if you appreciate great design.

The house was great for 12 of us, aged from 60s down to a 1 year old. Plenty of space for everyone and comfy beds. Also, enough crockery, cutlery, glasses, saeting etc for this number of people. The area is beautiful and perfect for a traditional seaside holiday. Jenny was very friendly and helpful and I would definitely recommend staying here.

We had a lovely weekend at Sophie’s house, the location is fab and the house has everything you need. It was ideal for 2 families and a dog.

We have had a lovely stay at this beautiful cottage with the family this May half term. The house itself was very stylish and clean, had everything you would need for a Comfortable stay. The Garden was beautiful and huge, the BBQ area was great and we very much enjoyed out evenings meals out there under the heaters listening to music. The location of the house was great, a short drive to many popular attractions, we went to Weymouth one day, Durdle door/ Lulworth cove another and Corte Castle itself. Across the road is a lovely walk up to the castle from the house, roughly 3 miles in total there and back, our littles ones loved it. Paul was a great host, always very good at responding to requests/ messages. Sent us some great local recommendations too. Would definitely recommend this home stay to friends and family.

We had a fantastic stay in Swanage, the house was very clean and looked exactly like the photos. The area is quiet and peaceful, the house has a lovely private garden. The beach/town is only a small walk away, no need to use your car! Would 100% stay here again. Sally was very attentive and helpful.

Great stay in Corfe Castle. Beautiful, well maintained and very well furnished property. Everything and more that was needed was available in the cottage. Very comfortable and large lounge area. Beds were comfy and the kichen had everything you required if you wanted to prepare your own meals. The decor in every room was tastefully done and the bathrooms were spotless. It had an artificial lawned garden with was ideal and patio table and chairs, which we we used regularly for breakfast as the weather was so good. Slight negative for some people might be the location of the property next to a main A road. We knew about this before we arrived, so it didn't bother us but the location for the village is great, a 10 minute walk to Corfe castle. We would definitely use this property again.

Really enjoyed our stay at Deer Hollow. Very comfortable home with everything we needed. Great location and we found plenty to do within easy reach for the 4, 8 and 12 year olds. Pizza night at Old Harry’s Bar just down the road was a great find, and the Water Park was a real success… had to go back for a second round!

Lovely house on the hill overlooking Swanage Bay .. fantastic view. Everything we needed for our New Year stay .. well equipped kitchen, space for 6 to sit .. games and cards.
