The apartment is solid wooden floored throughout, has high ceilings and is stylishly furnished. From June to September we only let full weeks with a Saturday changeover day. The bright, spacious and pretty main living room has the kitchen and dining area within it with fantastic views over the town to the sea. The kitchen is well fitted with a dishwasher and washing machine. We have for a dedicated covered private parking space, which due to its location so near to town is important for you.

This is a comfortable flat for 2 people, with amazing views of Swanage bay. Stairs lead up to the flat which is on the 3rd floor of a Victorian villa. It is a 5-10 minute walk to the town centre and beaches, it is also ideally located for the south west coastal path on the cliffs above Swanage. The property is located on a hill, as are most properties to the right(looking to sea) of the town centre. There is also a new fully equipped kitchen, nespresso coffee machine, free wifi and internet TV

Excellent location, with sea views from the balcony, lounge and bedroom of our Edwardian flat. The two bed flat is roomy with fireplace, high ceilings, a well equipped kitchen, king size bedroom and large back bedroom with 2 singles and 2 full size pull out beds. Linen supplied except towels. TV, good wifi, books games and beach stuff available. One family car space outside plus off street nearby free. Located in the old town, 2 min. walk from all facilities No smoking in flat or balcony

''Pebbles'' is a cosy one bedroom self catering holiday home, situated on the ground floor of a lovely victorian terrace. Perfectly positioned in a quite road in one of Dorset's designated areas of outstanding natural beauty, with glimpses of the sea, bay and hills. Short walks down to Swanage town, blue flag beach and the steam train, or across to Peveril Point and the Downs Nature Reserve and up to Durlston Country Park, Victorian castle and the lighthouse. It’s a great base to explore Swanage and Purbeck and perfectly placed for cliff walks or leisurely days on the beach The bus stop at the bottom of the road (2 mins walk) connects you to Bournemouth and the surrounding area.

Beautiful rural retreat, outskirts of Swanage

Ideal for walkers, bird-watchers and nature lovers, this quiet bolt-hole is in the garden of one of the oldest houses in Swanage. The Purbeck stone building in the southern outskirts of the town is separate from the main house, has it's own entrance and off-road parking. A five minute walk brings you to the Durlston National Nature Reserve looking out over the Jurassic coast. Durlston Castle, the Lighthouse and the Southwest Coast Path are 15 minutes away on foot. All without crossing a road.

Seascape is a bright, airy lodge tucked away at the edge of Swanage Bay View. Adjoining Townsend Nature Reserve it enjoys utter tranquillity and spectacular views over the bay, as seen on 'A Place in the Sun'. In addition, guests enjoy the amenities of SBV - all within a 15 min walk of the seafront!

Sea Mist is very close to the beautiful Swanage beach and stunning coastal walks. It is perfect for families with children or couples. Just a short 2 min walk and you are on our blue flag sandy beach and a level walk to Swanage town centre with a very good selection of independent shops and restaurants. Home to Swanage carnival and music festivals. It is perfect for access to the stunning Jurassic coast. We have a good selection of toys and books for the children and we are dog friendly.

Little gem by the sea, own private entrance

This is a lovely flat with its own patio at the front with table and chairs, and another patio at the rear. It has a large lounge with a separate kitchen diner, a full bathroom and a separate wc. It has that seaside feel to it, with the path down to the beach opposite, 200m We use it for the family so has lots of extras. Swanage town is a 15 min walk along the beach to lovely shops and restaurants. This is a very homely, place, if you are looking for minimalist then its not for you.

Self contained flat in large Purbeck stone house

Spacious self-contained flat at one end of a large Purbeck stone family home set in a quiet area of Durlston on the edge of the country park. Parking for 1 car and use of a small area of the garden (shared washing line) directly opposite the entrance to the flat which is all on the 1st floor. The double bedroom has an ensuite bathroom (shower). There is a large sitting room with a dining table and guest bed (for up to 2 people) which doubles as a sofa. There is also a small kitchen.
